Terrible service, half the time you’re not able to order at the register. I had a worker put a sign up in my face, said we aren’t taking orders after waiting for them to finish taking an order from the guests in front of me. Get your Starbucks at another location avoid this one at all costs.

Very slow paced Starbucks. With three people in front of us we waited about 35mins for two hot drinks and one cold drink.
I shop Starbucks close to daily, at lease 4 times a week for sure. I always go to the ones in Hendersonville or Rivergate areas, or wherever I find one when traveling. Never have I experienced anything below 5star service. Recently, I have visited the Opry Mills location and both times has recieved poor service. Not only were the put of stock in several items, but the service was out of stock completely. I truly understand the out of stock since the holiday rush just happened.. however, I do not understand the out of stock great service. Starbucks is not "gas station coffee price " so I expect way better service then the average gas station. Both visits were different staff members, while I understand they maybe tired, as part of every job, you must give it your best until that clock out happens.. I will continue to be a Starbucks fan for ever, but I will not go back to the Opry Mills location. Which stinks as it is close to my job, and it a quick trip. Bottom line is, please be pleasant and respectful to each and every customer, after all, once we get our drink(s) we are out of your way.

Store hours are untill 8PM, and they closed at 725PM. According to the female employee, they had already turned off their machines and registers. All I wanted to buy was a mug. Please update your hours of operation!!!
