The service here is horrible. I put in a mobile order that was supposed to be ready at 3:58pm and given the fact the cafe was nearly empty when I walked in, I thought it was weird that it wasn’t ready at 4:06. I watched the person that came in and made their order get their drinks first. I didn’t get my whole order until 4:16pm because my already made matcha frapp was sitting on the counter because the barista never gave it to me. Never coming back here again.

I go to Starbucks every day sometimes twice a day. Today I stopped at this location and unfortunately was .20 cents short the lady at the counter would not ring me up until I went outside and got 20cents. I came back in stood in line for 5 minutes and ended up leaving. She could have rang me up let me pay what was on my card and brought back in .20cents. I will not be back to this location. This is not this first time I have had problems at this Starbucks. The employees here are rude and mess up your orders.

This is the best Starbucks in Hermitage. Steven was so kind and attentive this morning even while it was crazy busy. These guys work so fast and efficiently- the Starbucks down the road should take notes ;)

The coffee was not right and had to go back. The lady at the widow was in such a rush she almost handed the lady in front of me the wrong order after I had to go back to get mine corrected. I understand her frustration and probably the lack of help. MANAGER do better, for the workers and customers. We all want to have a good.

Worst customer service experience ever NEVER will I return back to this Starbucks location again.I’m highly disappointed in the poor services myself and 10 year old received today. Today is my son’s birthday ,I took him to Starbucks so he could spend his gift card he received for his birthday today &I literally made the biggest mistake bringing him to this location. Upon walking in we didn’t get a hello welcome to Starbucks or I’ll be right with you or any type of acknowledgment. We waited for at least 5 minutes then got greeted and was asked what would we like. Starbucks was fully staffed so it was no excuse as to why we wasn’t properly greeted &welcomed. I told the barista i would like to place 3 different orders with 3 different payments and I have 3 reusable cups. I placed my order one by one the barista was rude had an attitude and didn’t take off 10 cents off of my total when bringing (my/your) own reusable cup. The barista made my drinks and put the drinks I ordered in the wrong reusable cups and when I approached the barista and said hello excuse me sir you made the wrong drinks in the wrong cups he got upset had an attitude that he had to remake the drinks and was very rude about the whole thing, after he remade the drinks one of my drinks was wrong again and when I asked him could he please remake the drink he argued with me and made a fuss.I gathered my wrongful made items and left told the barista be blessed have a good day. I hate that my son spent his birthday gift card here and didn’t receive what he paid for as well as myself.Never again will I visit this store location.

Natalie is extremely rude. Talks about customers in her ear piece to other employees. Waited extremely long for drinks because Natalie and Lauren were to busy playing around to take care of customers. Very unsatisfied.

It’s always something with this location. They run out of items you ordered on mobile and offer no solutions and act like the customer is an inconvenience. Drink orders are never quite right. I had a bug in my drink here one time and they got annoyed at me for politely asking for a new one. Don’t go here. There’s a better one around the corner at old hickory and chandler

I just stopped in for some food and a restroom break, and there was a girl behind the counter who took her hair out of her scrunchie, was combing through her hair with her fingers, and redoing her ponytail right over the drinks and food. I got out of the line and left because I was so disgusted. She was then touching all over the register without washing her hand. She was also staring into space and didn’t acknowledge me or the lady in front of me.
