I did call ahead order online for to frappé, I ordered large paid for large and got small, I told the person behind the counter when I arrived that the drinks were supposed to be large, he acted like he didn't care, I paid over $17 for these, not happy at all, I drove all the way from Charlotte to get these, almost an hour

I have ordered from this Starbucks on many occasions, and I am consistently disappointed. First of all, there is very little space to wait for drinks. And I always have to wait a while for drinks despite more employees being on hand than seems can move behind the counter. Multiple times I have waited over 20 minutes for my drink. Not helpful when trying to get to work on time. Also, ordering a Venti is not actually a Venti here… Open the lid after picking up and it will be 2 to 3 inches from the top sometimes, even with ordering extra shots. Staff isn’t friendly. Floor is often dirty. Decided today I am just not going to mess with this location anymore which really sucks since it’s the only coffee shop in this area.

A friend and I apparently got food poisoning from this store. I bought coffee for the two of us and some hours later we were both violently ill. The only comment denominator was the coffee. Apparently, cleanliness is not a priority with them

This place has the best vibe of any Starbucks I’ve been to. I work across the street, so I come in often and they are always friendly, more awake than me, and I absolutely love the current staff and store managers. Awesome job all of you at the store. I could get coffee anywhere, but I enjoy going here.
