I used to always stop and get a coffee here when I was shopping at Target and now I don’t even bother.The staff is rude, unfriendly, and slower than you could ever imagine.the other day was my final straw. I was the only person in line, there were 3 people working and I stood there for 2 minutes before anyone even looked at me or acknowledged me and then had to wait over 5 minutes for my drink. for cold brew with milk. seriously?it’s honestly quicker to just drive to the starbucks next door.

Whoever works the Saturday night close shifts at 8 effing 30 Jan 6 is trash. Join the rest of your cohorts in a protest or something

My friend and I went to Starbucks after shopping at target and experienced less than satisfactory treatment. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this one is extremely merited. The two employees were rolling their eyes and being rude the entire time and gossiping making everyone wait for their orders. The sweet lady that was 3 people in front of us ordered the same thing as I did but in a grande size and the people in front of us(as well as my friend and I )received ours before she did. She politely reminded them multiple times. It had been 20 minutes she told us and still she hadn’t received her order. They were snarky to her when she reminded them as we were about to leave. It was incredibly disheartening and working in the customer service industry myself; this is NOT how it should be done. I hate writing a review like this but it absolutely needs to be addressed.

They were almost completely out of food, the cappuccino was all foam and both drinks turned our stomach from bitter coffee.

The morons that work here don’t know how to make a peppermint mocha. It’s a literal hot chocolate with maybe a splash of peppermint and no whipped cream.
Just wanted the penny wise strawberry frappé ended up with a pink slush trash drink that was no good if anyone has had this made right plz tell me the location

Thai store cannot handle volume. They have one oven, one person working mobile orders, and one person working the front counter. Then there are four people working drive through with one person refilling things behind the bar. We waited 5 minutes before our order was taken and then 25 for our order to get to us. A cold brew, water, egg bites, and a bagel should not take that long. On top of it no one was kind or apologetic. Just don’t go there.

We got drive through service and were in a hurry, even though there we eight cars ahead of us they managed to keep the line moving. I got the incredible sandwich and it was a good choice, had it for the first time and will order again. I also ordered iced chai late, that was a bit to sweet for my taste, but good.Vegetarian options: The incredible breakfast sandwich is a good choice.
