Cute little spot to grab your favorite SB drink but it does seem to be ran by Hilton employees? The few times I’ve been here, everyone behind the counter was in casual clothing (which isn’t detrimental to your coffee taste but more of perception thing). No free wifi, you are able to connect to the Hilton wifi if you are a guest to the hotel otherwise prepare to use your hotspot. Also, the only real seating area they have is in the Hotel Lobby.

Very warm, friendly, and engaging! Service was prompt and tasty. I would definitely recommend stopping in from the cold for a warm beverage and smile.

No free wifi available here. This is part of a hotel, which includes a nice seating area for Starbucks customers but there is only the hotel (for hotel guests only) wifi

Staff is friendly. Can be a line at certain times of the day but they get it down quickly.

Slow and messed up my order many times. Would recommend going somewhere else in the morning for coffee

This hotel is very centrally located to Broadway street and Assembly Food Hall, which gave us lots of food options. Live entertainment in the lounge was really nice. It had a Starbucks in the lobby which was an added bonus. Also the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Had a mobile order waited 20 minutes as the people that came in after me and ordered there got their drinks. On tip of that it was made wrong.

Some nice features, but ultimately way overpriced with huge flaws. Barely slept the night I stayed due to the complete lack of support from the pillows. Several things about the room (exposed wire leading to lamp, scuffed walls, glue around room art) suggest a lack of care during/since a recent renovation. The location is great, which is fortunate considering it took the valet service several hours to park the car. The bathroom has decent amenities, like full-size shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Room fridge worked decent. Closet is a nice size. The staff are friendly. But I would have expected this level of quality overall for a hotel literally half the price.

Mercedes hooked it up with a great recommendation!! probably my new favorite... the chocolate cream cold foam on a cold brew is so good. she's so personable and really makes you feel welcome. thank you so much!

This is our go to hotel for Nashville. Reasonable prices, clean room, and comfortable bed. Friendly front desk staff and bartenders. About 5 blocks from the Broadway activities. Plenty of nearby dining options. We have consistently had great experiences with this location.

Never again. Just there this past weekend. Under an extreme heat advisory. Air conditioning in our rooms is pretty much non - existent. The bathroom doors do not close. Smallest bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room. Carpet was gross. Make sure slippers or socks are at your bedside. Front desk employees leave a lot to be desired. Then on top of the price you pay, you are also charged $55 per day for valet parking!!! Then, $20 if you want to eat their substandard breakfast buffet. Do not recommend , not at all.

We are staying here now. It is July, a heat advisory, and our room has NO air. We’ve called twice and no one has come to help. Absolutely Miserable. We also received a call on the way here that they may have to move us to another hotel tonight…maybe we should have taken them up on it.
