The Starbucks staff at the Nashville airport are horrible, they have 5 people standing at the service counter but they just stand there talking to each other, when I walked up to ask when my drink would be done they said they didn't know and continued to joke. joke with each other. When I wanted my money back, the manager came out and asked why. They said it was because I had waited 10 minutes and still didn't have a drink even though there wasn't another customer waiting. The manager laughed. then no explanation. Currently, I see people lining up to buy a cup of Dutch Bros coffee. I think it's mostly because their service and management is much better than Starbucks's way of managing employees.

Service was not very good or accurate. They were slower than other locations and kinda nonchalant with their service. I ordered two large and they ended up being two different sizes. Anywho, maybe it was too busy and they were overwhelmed, but still could have done better.

The service was quite slow, with a sluggish line and delayed order processing. Interestingly, the Asian cashier stood out by neglecting to return my change, avoiding eye contact, and not providing a receipt. Moreover, the staff appeared disinterested in their duties. I would recommend avoiding this store until it accumulates at least 100 consecutive positive reviews. The other negative reviews seem accurate based on my experience. Despite walking 20 minutes in the airport to reach this Starbucks, the drink was disappointingly bland with no taste or flavor, resembling a poorly made homemade milkshake. I regret not returning the drink and reclaiming both my money and the change that wasn't returned. While I rarely give negative reviews, this experience was disheartening.

The maps location is off. This is past security. In the area that branches off to B&T gates and A gates.

Worst mocha latte I’ve ever had in my life! Didn’t taste like coffee, question whether there was any chocolate in it.

Never been so inclined to leave a negative review. We got to this Starbucks at 740pm they close at 8pm. I order a venti hot white chocolate mocha with extra whip. My other half wanted a dragonfruit which he was told no longer serving due to closing. The one 1 one girl making everyone drinks and she seemed really new and unsure and one girl cleaning. The 2 guys were talking not doing anything but turning people away. I waited 20 mins for my drink only for it to be the wrong size. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

Slowest service ever! All the workers in the back talking knowing there's a lot of orders and they leave just one person in the front doing orders. They have no sense of urgency? People like this should be deducted pay? It's a job! No one owes you shit!

I’ve ordered here twice, once on mobile app. They did t make it until I showed up, by then, I had to catch my flight. What’s the point?Next time, I stood in line 19 minutes and waited 38 minutes for a drink.Today, the app says the are out of everything, but they have a line of about 25-30 people and 15 or more waiting on orders. Why does the app say you are out?I’m flying out again and guess why?!? The same SH_T, different day. They have the app open and then mark everything out because of the app is turned off, it makes the manager look bad. This doesn’t?!!? Turn off the app , get more employees, train them.OR I HAVE A BETTER IDEA. Put a real Starbucks in. Get rid of these contractor companies the board is making the airport use. Anything the Nashville city council has say gets ruined.

Title: Disappointing Experience at StarbucksRating: ⭐️I recently visited Starbucks and I must say, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at a café. Both the service and the food left a lot to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts.First, let's start with the service. The staff seemed incredibly disinterested and lacked any enthusiasm for their work. The baristas were slow and inefficient, resulting in long wait times for my order. There was no attention to detail whatsoever – my name was misspelled on the cup, and the wrong drink was prepared not once, but twice. Now, let's move on to the food. I ordered a sandwich and was appalled by the quality. The bread was dry and tasteless, appearing as if it had been sitting on the shelf for far too long. The filling was lackluster, with hardly any flavor or freshness. It was a complete letdown considering the reputation Starbucks has built for its food offerings. To make matters worse, the prices were exorbitant. I understand that Starbucks is known for its premium products, but the quality simply did not justify the inflated cost. It felt like I was paying for the brand name alone, rather than for a satisfying experience.Overall, my visit to Starbucks was thoroughly disappointing. The lackluster service, poor food quality, and high prices make it difficult for me to recommend this establishment. I hope Starbucks considers improving their customer service and revisiting the quality of their food offerings, as they have a long way to go to meet customers' expectations.

Staff needs training in how to be at least be somewhat pleasant. The barista acted like I ruined her day and there was no words or facial feature as she handed the drink to me with frustration. Also not playing the Starbucks playlist. Was some kind of very slow R&B music. Coffee was also not correct and I ordered by app. This was Sunday the 10th at 6:10 am.

I ordered a Black hot Tea only. There were several people before me waiting. I was fine at first, till after 10 minutes waiting on a plain hot Tea. Asked an employee where my hot tea was. She points across the area to where 3 other tickets were, and says over there. The employee making it, will be right out. Waited another 5 minutes or more, than finally she comes out. She does another persons drink, then makes mine. It was a ICE tea not a HOT tea. Was told that is what you ordered. NO, I asked for a HOT tea, black. She said oh, turned around and made it. Took her 2 minutes. So I waited 20 minutes for a $4 black hot tea. Would have left but had already paid for it. Awful service!! Oh the other person next to me, waited longer than I for a lemonaide. Ridiculous!!

The employees were goofing off and would stop making the drinks just to chat. There were nine people who’d ordered and were just waiting for their drinks. I ordered something through the app that said it would be done at 8:05, I waited till 8:12 to ask and they hadn’t even started on it yet… had to abandon my drink because I had a flight to catch and couldn’t wait any longer. The guy next to me said it took twenty minutes for him in line just to get to order an Americano that didn’t show up for forever. Least efficient Starbucks I’ve been to.
