As a soon to be Lifetime Platinum (4 stays) - this is a GREAT Marriott property. Short walk to Broadway. Comfortable rooms. Great Bed and Bedding. Room large and TV GREAT. SHOWER - water pressure excellent. But the people make this hotel special. Special thanks to Louis and Piper and especially Jaziya!! Thank you guys for being friendly and taking care of us!! BTW - excellent Starbucks on site!

Showed up and got told they had good news and bad news. Was no good news. We reserved a king room and they only had double bed rooms left because of a flood. Ohh right the good news they took $25 off the room Complete BS. Paid $1500 for 3 night stay and only get a $25 credit. I already hate this hotel! Stay elsewhere!! Complete dump!

Comfy beds. It was easy for work and function in the room. Great water pressure. Nice choices on the TV. Comfy chairs. Welcoming staff at the front desk Loved that a Starbucks was attached to the hotel. Would definately stay again.

Louis was great! He was extremely helpful with everything, from luggage to suggestions. Welcome every guest and always had a smile on his face. Go Dawgs, Louis! He was one of the nicest valet attendants I’ve ever met.

Hotel is dated and smells just the same. I expected more from Marriott. Upon arrival our toilet would not flush, thankfully the staff got that addressed quickly. We reserved a room with a king size bed as my husband is 6’5”, we arrived to a room with a double or queen size bed at the most, either way his feet hung off. There was a large odd column next to the bed, strange placement entering and exiting that side of the bed. Assuming it was a support beam but felt like we were in a converted storage room instead of bedroom. The bed did not have a headboard either, not that it affected my sleep, however it was mattresses on a bed frame pushed against a wall. As far as noise, I don’t think it would have been any louder if I were sleeping on the sidewalk. I do feel that $49 a night parking after paying over $300 for the room is ridiculous. On site restaurant was very good. I visit Nashville often, this was the first time staying at this hotel. There are several much better options for hotel stays than Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Nashville. The valet parking gentleman was the nicest employee here.

Got my drink quickly and it was great! They had signs about not being able to redeem or give loyalty points, but I was able to pay with a gift card through the Starbucks app still. I work downtown and would come here more often if I could order ahead (but also it was probably less busy because they don't take mobile orders!). There isn't a ton of seating inside, but it was clean and more spacious than I expected.

The air conditioning in this hotel is horrible. Got moved to 3 different rooms. First night temperature was 82. Second night temperature was 79. Wouldn’t go lower. We never offered a discount even after we asked. Traveling with my elderly parents who are in a separate room. My mother experienced trouble breathing because of the temperature. Find another hotel.

They gave my $650 per night room away without any notification. They had my phone number and email address, neither were contacted. I traveled 4 hours and sat in downtown Nashville traffic for an additional hour to reach hotel. Upon arrival, there was no place to park car for their valet service, so i had to circle the block for 30 minutes waiting for valet to move other vehicles so that I wouldnt be blocking the street. I had paid $3000 for concert tickets and booked a hotel that was within walking distance of this venue, as traveling through downtown Nashville during events as large as this is impossible in a vehicle. Upon arriving with my confirmation number, Tyler informed me that I had no room and offered me a room 10 miles away. I informed him that I would miss the planned $3000 event if I had to leave downtown, travel to another hotel, and then try again to navigate traffic thru downtown back to Nissan stadium. Tyler had nothing to offer. Im very angered and disappointed with Marriott and this experience. I am a travel nurse and had stayed many times at Marriott. I spent months planning this experience for my children and myself for it to be a seamless day. Instead, it was a total nightmare. I will start here, on this platform, to have this horrible experience made right.

Just spent a few nights at the Courtyard Nashville Downtown. The people at the desk were very hospitable and friendly. The room was a little dated, the bathroom especially - very small tub and dirty looking tile. The HVAC worked on high fan only and was directed right at the bed, the room stayed humid but got cool. We were on the 10th floor so we heard no noise. The biggest problem came when we were brought our vehicle from the valet. Nothing was stolen because we didn’t leave anything in the vehicle. This hotel only offers valet parking, they say that the vehicles are parked in a very safe garage that is gated. Obviously it isn’t.

This hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful & friendly! We used valet parking & Marcus took care of us. No luggage carts were available when we checked in so Marcus help us with our bags! My husband left one of our bags in our car & Marcus ran & got it for us! A very nice young man who went above & beyond to help us! I would definitely stay here again!

Great location to bars and music so that’s the main reason to stay here. Front desk staff is very friendly. We didn’t valet as the $50 tab to do so is a bit steep. Self park garages are right next door and $20 a day. Hotel only has two luggage carts which makes no sense. If both are being used you have to wait for one. We waited 35 minutes for one when checking out and that’s unacceptable. Not really any amenities but it’s a Courtyard so they are minimal to begin with. Clean room, smaller fridge, bed comfort is fine. We’d stay again as price is right for weekdays. But if it was more expensive, we may reconsider that.
