This is our fav Starbucks. We always use the drive through but they are always so nice and fast. Every person at the window has always been super sweet. Two times they have been outside taking orders - idk maybe the system was down but they kept the line going. So just wanted to give them props. Today I had a daughter mall Day and we finished by coming here to get drinks.Kid-friendliness: Always super nice.

I go here almost everyday, today; the hot chocolate taste like water. I also got a cup without the sleeve and I was told now I need to ask for a sleeve.Not a good experience for a frequent customer.

Ask for 2 late extra hot, poor late not enough coffee, I ask the girl why my late was bad she said that’s how they server, I told her 1st time my late is bad, she said will give me more coffee for extra charge, she didn’t charge the extra coffee, I was ok after I get my extra coffee to fix my

Used my 200 points for a $3 latte without even asking me, then proceeded to hand me a gift card for $12 to make up for the point difference (Starbucks is $1 a point)

Love the service and drinks, only thing I wish they had was more vegetarian options, not just the spinach wrap they have. Maybe egg and cheese croissant.

What is there to say about Starbucks? I think that they are kind of a staple in our culture now. I hate how expensively overpriced they are, but they do offer the best coffees out there! I also hate their political stances, and because of that, I often go elsewhere...we vote with our money!, but in a bind, I will come by here.

If I wanted a tall drink, I would've ordered a tall drink not a grande. This is not the first time I have ordered a grande drink and it's only about half full. Seems to always happen when I used to drive through it.

I come to this Starbucks quite often.& I strongly dislike leaving bad reviews.Plus this is one of my favorite go to Starbucks locations.It's definitely hit or miss when ordering a certain item on the menu app.I usually check my order before leaving.But I was in the process of running other errands at the time. & going back home.Drive-thru:I went through the drive-thru.Specifically I had asked for a pumpkin loaf.I was even told by the cashier that they had the pumpkin loaf.Instead I got a banana walnut pecan loaf.Which I didn't even ask for at the time of my order.Note:I am allergic to bananas.Basically anything that has the slightest hint of banana flavor in it.If I eat anything banana flavored or bananas in general.My throat starts feeling scratchy, itchy, closing tightly, making it hard for me to breathe etc.I am gasping for oxygen & immediately reaching for my inhaler.Sensitive to Dairy:Also I am lactose intolerant. & sensitive to dairy products. I always have to substitute for alternative non dairy options.
