Popped in, as I was parched! Took and ice water and redeemed my reward points for a vegetarian entrée consisting of boiled eggs, cheese, fruit & bread. It was filling & delicious...wished the ice water would have had more ice...sat outside, in the shade...I like it when there's a chair for me :)

Parking: Only a few people here know how to make drinks accurately. It’s very annoying to purchase a drink and pay $8+ for it to taste horrible like hot milk. The employees are very nice though.

This Starbucks is a stand alone location that sits in front of the Publix on Gallatin. They do offer inside seating and of course drive thru, but honestly getting to either can be quite the hassle given the layout of the lot and the traffic flow. Great location, but not super well thought out... I have been to this location a few times, both drive thru and dine-in. Neither really is better than the other. For the drive thru, you will certainly be waiting in the aisles of the lot or maybe even out in the road. And for dine-in, you have to be strategic where you park in the lot to ensure you do not get boxed in by the ever growing drive thru line. Which ever you choose, at least you know you will have coffee on the other end to help calm your nerves. Coffee has always been as expected. I usually order through the app and have never had issues with the order being wrong or them being out of items. So, that is a plus for a stand alone location. Service is always decent and comparable at the drive thru window and the inside counter. Overall, the hassle with this location is just that, its location. It makes the trip wildly stressful and in some cases, not worth it. I usually go to the nearby Starbucks tucked away in Kroger just a mile or so down the road.
