My review is for the Starbucks located inside of the Kroger. Seems like most of the reviews here are for the Kroger, which doesn't seem to impress many folks, but this Starbucks though...I pop into this Starbucks usually once a weekend to scoop up my Iced Coffee and pastry that I order through the app. This is one of the only store based Starbucks that actually allows you to order on the app, so that is already a huge bonus for me! Additionally, the other difference with this location is it is a great size for an in-store Starbucks and instead of a build out, it is actually built into the stores layout. Staff is always friendly, drinks are always perfect and experience is always solid. No issues here, will certainly be back!

Hours say that they open at 7:30 ish. We were there around 10:30 and were told that they are not open. Would recommend going somewhere else.

Says they're open but no one is there. It cost me over $10 on my Starbuck card for nothing @

I mean Starbucks if you broke just say that. How is this acceptable for $9

No employees at the counter to make coffee because they were on break. Don’t bother with this Starbucks, they are understaffed.

Act like they had an attitude when you put order in. One lady had her children there and was eating with them. Screwed up all the orders! Was not nice at all.

Cleaning machines while open, no food available, and poor customer service.

I just got breakfasts for my friends and everything was hot and fresh.

Corporate didn’t train the staff here whatsoever. I blame them and not the actual staff at this location.

I had a urinary infection. I went to see a regular MD 3 days ago, but she couldn't find a nothing other than blood in my urine; therefore, MD sent me to Urology dept yesterday. They both MD and Urologist order the same prescription within an hour; they both found I had a urinary infection. The pharmacist at this location at 711 Gallatin Ave was so ignorant, he/she wrote both antibiotic prescription within 30min or so.I sent my husband and he brought two prescription the same antibiotic, but two different doctors. I only can take one prescription, but the pharmacist refuse to refund.

Terrible Kroger. 6 employees sitting behind a register and only 1 is working. And the one working has no clue what is going on, took 15 minutes just to help one customer. Might as well plan out an hour of your day to be helped. Lazy workers, will not be going back here.

This Kroger is fine. We visited because we needed to go to the restroom, and guess what: This Kroger has restrooms! They are not the best or the cleanest, but what Kroger restrooms are? I've literally never visited a Kroger that had decent restrooms, so this one tracks. The bourbon selection is a bit lacking, in that they don't sell hard alcohol here at all. What's up, Tennessee? But you can find beer and wine here, though.

Counted only 1 employee wearing mask, and only a couple customers. Asked the cashier if they were supposed to be, she replied yes. Am horrified by this as someone with autoimmune issues, in the middle of omicron.

I am so frustrated with the way this store has handled covid precautions. I finally came back to the store after weeks and it's the worst I have seen. There have been 10 separate individuals without masks and three employees. This is not fair to people who are tryjng to stay safe. I will stop coming here again and hope others will avoid it too so they can decrease their own risk.
