The employees at this location are great and always cheerful, which I love. My only complaint is that every time I order a bagel from this location and pay for cream cheese, I never get cream cheese. It is very frustrating when I get to work and go to eat my bagel and realized I just wasted ~$6 and am now without breakfast. It is a small thing, I know, but it has happened way too many times and wasted a lot of my money.

I would not go to this Starbucks. we love Starbucks and go daily, but the building owner is looking to tow cars. Signs say 1 hr parking and we parked for 50 minutes and our car was towed. $231 for a couple coffees - no thanks!

I couldn't remember the recipe of how I order my hazelnut hot chocolates here but you and the other barista nailed it (or it was close enough).Next time I think I'm going to make it a frappe. Great customer service and not too crowded when I went.

Not even gonna lie, this Starbucks became my morning go-to during my short Nashville trip! It's right next to the hotel I was staying at so an obvious first stop before starting my day and exploring. I was really impressed with their service. Everyone I spoke to here was very friendly.I asked for a cup of water with my coffee a couple of times and they were super nice about it and gave me a venti cup each time (definitely not the case at every Starbucks). This location was usually pretty busy but that did not take away from the staff's friendliness!My two current Starbucks drinks are the sweet cream cold brew and their iced London fog latte so I alternated between those on my visits here. Both were delicious!
