Employees were too busy talking about the maggots and flies circling around all of there uncovered meat and produce to make 2 sandwiches in under 20 minutes. One employee turned to the other employee to whisper about my mother in front of her... Even getting a straw fills you with disgust as you have to pry it from a pool of spilled soda that has dried from how long it has been left there and never cleaned.

I ordered 3 subs online for pickup on a day they decided to close an hour early. I spoke to the manager about getting my refund and they NEVER gave me back my money!!! It’s been half a year and still nothing.Ridiculous

Poor customer service: when we got done shopping at Walmart, my mum and I stopped at the Subway. We got our drinks and waited for service. No one greeted us and no one waited on us. Subway was not busy and one guy did stop in front of me. He breathed out twice, said nothing, and walked away. There was no line- one employee studied cucumbers and the other did something with a silver bowl. The manager or owner was busy talking to some people and did nothing to ensure we got service. Finally we returned the drinks and left. If you want to make money as a company then you have to interact and serve your customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went to order and dude charged me for extra cheese three times when I only asked for basic extra cheese. And he charged me for chips and a drink I didn't ask for nor want. My original total was 13.29 after saying I wanted to scan my rewards I had a 2$ off coupon can someone explain to me how it charged me even more than my original total after it was put on the order? I will not be coming back to this subway again the only thing the workers care about is scamming people out of extra money for bogus charges and skimping on the meat on your sub. I will be calling corporate to let them know what their franchise is pulling on customers.

Do not go here. Asked the guy behind the counter for extra pickles a total of six times. Each time he would add 4-5 pickle slices and act like I’m putting him out. After six requests for extra pickles I have about the normal amount of pickles.
