Every time I visit this location the staff is friendly and willing to answer any question! The food is always consistent. I came through the drive thru for lunch today and was met with kindness and compassion. Thnak you!
First off thr location is hard to get to due to the traffic on Nolensville Rd, and a steep driveway entrance. Combine that with lack luster employees that do not care whatsoever about presenting a good product and you have one of the worst Taco Bell expierences in the Nashville area. On the plus side their fountain drinks were exceptional and I did get lots of Fire sauce but if at all possible go to the Edmondson pike location or even Harding Pl, this bell sucksParking: Can fill up during busy times

Those tacos ?, had a great taste, but very little amount of food. They try to do you with so much junk( tortilla) than actually food.Dietary restrictions: They have no clue what a diabetic person must not eat. An excess of flour tortillas is very bad. They even give you tortillas inside of a taco. What an idiotic idea.

Missing item, and ordered the new $2 value menu enchilada burrito and I asked for no lettuce which I got but they added onions which doesn't come on it and I hate onions. Very disappointed.

What is the point of ordering online if the food won’t be prepared until I get there? I ordered a breakfast item for pick up at 10:50 bcuz I was running errands and knew I wouldn’t get there in time. I get there at 11:15 and the employee told me they stopped serving breakfast. Soooooo lol why did I order? I work in food. They already disposed of the breakfast food right before 11 and did not care about my order. This location is ghetto and ridiculous.
