This place gets really busy after events down town. Food orders and the fast in fast food tend to slow down as the staff try to catch up. All in all they do a really good job trying to keep a reasonable pick up time.

Went inside to pick up my mobile order and I have never seen a filthier fast food restaurant. The work station where the tacos were being made had pile up of food everywhere while the other side was clean. What bothered me was I watched the woman making the tacos grab a receipt and instead of throwing it in the trash she shoved it into a where she was making the food. I get it’s fast food but there should still be standards of cleanliness.

Late night craving called for Taco Bell. We got the empanadas cravings box and the Gordita Cravings Box. They were fresh and the service was a little slow but the young lady was pleasant. Not in a huge hurry so the wait was well worth it.Parking: No problem with parksKid-friendliness: OfCourse!

I came in to use the restroom as I was washing my hands I lightly leaned over the sink to reach for soap when the sink came loose from the wall hitting the floor spraying me and leaving scratches on my hands from trying to turn the water off all hitting my head on the corner of the wall that was there I couldn't be more embarrassed and a bit humiliated since everyone could hear it and when I came out was stared at as I went to the counter to ask for the manager and they never once asked if I was ok but instead ran to the bathroom and take pictures didn't even ask for my information so from the embarrassment i left be careful and don't touch the sinks carry hand sanitizer or something

Oh my goodness, this taco bell is the greatest one I've ever had in Nashville. You are the envy of all taco bells.You used a ton of ingredients, and the dinner tastes fantastic.Not only do my nachos seem like a poor man's, but they are made with real cheese, dripping tomatoes, evenly distributed meat, and even chips.Let's talk about the cheese quesadilla, which has the perfect quantity of cheese and sauce within. Oh my goodness, very wonderful. This establishment is on fire, and they even provided napkins and a quite mild sauce.NEED to teach the Donelson Taco Bell team here at your location. My roommate at the Donelson One experienced food poisoning once, a burned quesadilla once, and a return of all food because the grilled steak burritos tasted like The grill tasted like soiled water.Lebanon Road near Briley is my favorite use, but you even said how excellent your location is.Continue the fantastic job.Your great crew is skilled and knowledgeable in their field.

Oh hell yea, this taco bell is the best taco bell ever been too in nashville. You put all taco bells to shame..The food is amazing and you put a load of ingredients on the food..My nachos actually has cheese not look like poor man's nachos but actual nacho and cheese with dripping cheese, tomatoes, meat spread over evenly, even has chips.Lets talk about cheese quesadilla actually has sauce inside and right amount cheese. Omg so good.. This place on fire..even gave napkins and actually mild sauce.
