I express my deep concern about my recent experience at the Taco Bell on Dickerson Pike. Upon placing my order and proceeding to the payment window, I observed that the attendant had unclean hands and fingernails. Consequently, I decided not to consume the food and discarded it. The lack of proper hygiene at the initial point of contact raises apprehensions about the overall cleanliness standards maintained by the establishment. I am truly disappointed by this experience.

I have went to this location more times than I can count, it’s four minutes from my house….and every. single. time. They mess up the order or forget half of it. I’ve had it delivered and it’s not different. I have no idea what goes on at this location at night time but it’s awful. I drive 20 mins away to the other location because this one is so terrible. And I NEVER leave reviews for places but this place is actual garbage.
