Sambar is not a main entree not matter how you try to dress it up. It definitely does not include fish.The white-est “indian” food Ive ever experienced.Left me hungry and with heartburn.Please travel somewhere else in the world to experience actual Indian food.

One of my favorite dining experiences in recent memory. Everything about the process from booking to dessert was just perfect. Chef Vivek is incredibly kind and his love of food shows on the plate. Caitlin at the front was extremely accommodating and such a joy . The entire staff appear to really have a love for this place and I'm excited to try the next seasonal offering.

Tailor is an exceptional dining experience in Nashville. Start to finish was expertly curated. We felt very well taken care of. The food was amazing. Every effort was made to accommodate and cater to our dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian).
Can’t wait to come back and try a new season’s menu. Everything was absolutely incredible!Some of the dishes had a decent amount of heat. They were delicious but I know some folks can be sensitive to that. Worth it!

Tailor is an upscale first generation American tasting menu style restaurant pulling from the flavors of India. The idea is that you step into their “home” for a dinner party, the owner started the night off by introducing himself and the team and then would introduce each dish throughout the evening. The service was absolutely impeccable and attentive - so much so that the owner saw I was eating my duck incorrectly (I should have cut it up before rolling it into a taco), so he gave me another piece to try again. You can tell there was so much thought behind every single flavor and texture of each dish - every bite was equally as good as the first. Pro-tip, you must like Indian cuisine and be able to withstand a little spice. If those two things are your jam (like they are mine) then you will LOVE Tailor.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we left everyone was so kind. The food was phenomenal. The evening flowed very well as the staff truly know what they are doing.
