Great donuts. I love dark chocolate so I got the hot chocolate mini donut (perfect size as I had a smaller appetite going there). Lots of options and the donuts were fresh. Service moves quickly. If you want a great donut with excellent flavors, try here.

In the midst of a wintry blend of cold, rainy, and snowy conditions, a quaint bakery emerges as a haven for those seeking solace and warmth through the embrace of hot, homemade gourmet delights. During a joyous holiday visit with my family and loved ones, the allure of this small bakery, despite its modest size and limited seating, proved to be an irresistible draw. Upon crossing the threshold, a captivating symphony of aromas enveloped me, reminiscent of a scene from a whimsical cartoon. The scent of freshly baked gourmet donuts, emanating from the heart of the bakery, became a magnetic force, lifting me off the ground and guiding me directly to a world of delectable goodies. While the absence of extensive seating might deter some, my experience was anything but hindered. The staff, exuding a blend of kindness and professionalism, proved to be the heart and soul of this culinary oasis. Their profound knowledge of the menu, including insights into the seasonal offerings, added a personal touch to the overall experience. Engaging conversations with these knowledgeable associates enhanced my appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each delectable creation. After thoughtful consideration, my donut selection included the indulgent King Kong, adorned with a luscious maple glaze and savory bacon, the tempting salted caramel variation, and the delightful strawberry shortcake among other tantalizing options. Each bite into these warm, flaky confections was akin to a sensory journey, elevating both the heart and soul. Attempting to convey the sheer delight and satisfaction derived from Five Daughters Bakery in words is a challenging task. The experience of savoring the 100 layers of donuts, each layer boasting its unique and harmonious flavor profile, is beyond verbal description. I wholeheartedly extend my recommendation to everyone, urging them to embark on their own odyssey to this haven of baked perfection. In doing so, you'll find your day infused with happiness, one layer of delectable sweetness at a time.

Stopped here cause saw everyone raving about the doughnuts online. I got chocolate sprinkles and husband got glazed. I just found the doughnuts chewy for my taste. But could just be me

This place is worth the hype! The donuts are expensive, but so worth it. Ask the staff which are the big sellers and try those.

My first visit to Five Daughters Bakery definitely won’t be my last. My hubby and I decided to get a treat on the way out of town… and this bakery was an excellent find. There were a lot of choices of doughnuts and cookies, but we decided to get two each of the hundred layer doughnuts for which they seem to be known. They are expensive at a little over $5 each, but we were only able to eat 1/2 of one at a time. Our favorite, so far, is The Purist (vanilla glaze). I enjoyed the Chocolate Sea Salt (with chocolate buttercream filling) as second, my husband liked the Salted Caramel Apple (one of the flavors of the month). We are waiting to try the final Vanilla Buttercream. These cross between a croissant and doughnut treats are buttery and substantial but also light with a heavenly glaze. They are definitely worth driving a little out of the way!

We went to Nashville for 7 days and went here twice they were so good!!! I am kind of thankful we don't live here or I would be eating these everyday! I loved the strawberry dream donut, my husband loved the lemon one, and true to their word, their vegan donuts tasted so good I wondered if they were lying about them being vegan!!! Will dream about these for a while! We are going to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg next year - please open a location there!!!!

While visiting Nashville I heard about FDB and knew I had to try them. Woah!!! This is the best doughnut establishment I have EVER had. I love doughnuts and try them wherever my family and I visit. The doughnuts were s soft and flaky, not too sweet but just right. OMG!! The best if they start shipping the doughnuts I will be a lifelong customer but until then I will have to wait until I visit Nashville again.

I've been to this location many times and typically only come for the hundred layer donuts but tried a cookie today. The 100 layer donut is heaven. I prefer the vanilla dream while my husband is a fan of the purist. I'd say we've never had one we haven't liked, but there was a lemon one I wasn't a fan of simply because it was way too sour of a powder, so I avoid the ones with the citrus powder. The cookies are tasty too! I'm indifferent on the London Fog as the lavender is hit or miss. One bite it tastes good while another bite is too strong. I'll have to try a different flavor to know if I'm getting cookies and cronuts or just cronuts in the future. The staff are typically always friendly, but occasionally you get someone who doesn't wanna be working. Either way, the donuts are worth risking for the occasional staff member. Parking is usually hit or miss. Sometimes it's wide open and sometimes you're parking in the gravel parking lot. Depends on the time and day.

Five Daughters always has about multiple vegan doughnuts to choose from. Flavors rotate each month (seasonal options are updated on their website each month). I have tried the Vegan Purist and Vegan Chocolate doughnuts and they were delicious.

I’m glad I don’t live near one of these, I’d want to eat something from here all the time! Seriously though, the absolute best bakery items I think I’ve ever had! The chocolate chip cookies was outstanding!! Also had a doughnut and I’m not even a doughnut person. WOWZA

Very cute place…. Service was wonderful. I was sick after eating a half donut. It tasted like I was eating a stick of plain butter. Overpriced

Not only was this great for breakfast but a killer snack after day drinking. Back home and still craving them. The “Purist” was my favorite

I am very picky when it comes to donuts. This has to be one of the best donut shops I’ve ever been to. My favorite was the blueberry lemon which explodes with flavor. A little crisp on the outside with cream filled goodness. Highly recommend this place.

This bakery is worth the trip and calories. I’m normally not a sweets person, but this bakery hit a home run for sure.

Amazing donuts. Simply amazing. They're not cheap but there is a lot of labor that goes into making them as delicious as they are.
