I can't even begin to say how amazing this place was. We booked the 12:30 show at the Bluebird on 3rd and Lindsley. Even though it was not at the actual Bluebird Cafe, it did not disappoint. The round of musicians performed so many songs that brought back some fun line dancing times from when I was in college. The performances exceeded my expectations. This is a MUST DO if you are to visit Nashville.

So so so Worth the wait, but warning if you show up and your 10th in line, your chance is low to get in. Try to get your tickets ahead of time, but this is truly a race! The experience was amazing. The talent was amazing and I loved the circle they were in. The whole setup was much more quaint and personal, but you seriously need to keep your voices down or down speak at all (out of respect). Definitely a need to do when in Nashville!

It was a very nice surprise. You should have reservations, but we were out and about, stopped by before 6pm and got in. What a great experience!

This was a dream come true!We came at 5 pm for the 6pm show and were a bit too late to make it in the door. We listened to the security guard Montgomery and ho sent us across the street to a dive bar. They had great food and drinks! He told us that when the line got to the corner, to have one more beer then come and get in line. So glad we listened to him! It worked out great! We ended up going to the 9pm show which was incredible!! We had front row seats, good drinks and fun fun fun!The bassist we saw in the band here ended up playing in Trisha Yearwood’s band at the Grand Ole Opry. We noticed when we saw that show. They were all great!I knew to lower my expectations on the bar itself and location as I had read reviews. It’s a divey strip mall bar but such an experience to be there! Can’t wait to go back!!

I had to stop and visit this iconic place I read from previous people in the reviews you have to purchase tickets a week before starting Monday if you plan on seeing a show that weekend . That's exactly what I did we walked right in on the reservation list , we sat with another couple which was good We talked and had a few drinks before the show. Friendly people from New Zealand. We got to see the Garret boys man they were good I follow them now. Some real good songs and the lead singer have a real good voice look them up. Love Nashville and this place

Due to it's history, my boyfriend and I made sure to come here during our vacation. The show was first come, first serve. We arrived early and waited in line for about 20-25 minutes. When we got in, we were seated in a pew in the corner of the room. Everyone in the room was being served by waitresses except for our row and the few rows behind us. About 2 songs in, a man comes over and tells us that if we want any food or drink, we need to go to the bar to order. The row in front of us, along with the rest of the room, were all being served at their seats so I found that kind of rude. Plus, I didn't want to make an entire row stand up and move into the aisle so I can get out to order at the bar and then do the same to sit back down, all while people are trying to watch a show.. So I didn't order anything which sucked because I was REALLY thirsty. For the music, there was a blues type of group performing. They were decent but all of their songs seemed to sound the same to me.. Honestly, we were both bored and left after about 7 songs. The experience was very underwhelming.

I have no words, the absolute best experience I have ever had. The story telling of each artist behind their songs, the emotions that seeps through their voice was just . One of the artists that played that night, Brian Sutherland, really opened my eyes to what music can be. Because previously it was just good sounds and good vibes, but after this, music tells a story, music expresses emotions, and music is much more than just good sounds.Just a side note on the location of this, it is literally had the most random place. To the left is a barber shop and to the right is a laundromat but Bluebird Cafe is fantastic. And on the last side note, they also have vegetarian options here.

First visit to Bluebird on a recent family vacation in Nashville. I had a lot of folks telling me before the trip that Bluebird was a must do and they were right! It was pretty awesome. The entire family enjoyed the songwriters in the round. The food was good too!
