Waitress/bar tender left alone, on a holiday on the entire second floor. Food order not correct from kitchen staff, food cold when arrived. The manager had to comp some of our food but never came to apologize, or ask us anything about it. The waitress/bar tender tried, but also had an attitude. Not her fault for crappy management and short staffed. We watched TABLES of people leave because she couldn't keep up. She tried, we tipped, we extended grace but I think management is poor and set her up for failure.

I think we went at the wrong time to get the true vibe of this place. ? we had reservations here on a Sunday for early dinner. We were literally the only people in the place so we did not embarrass ourselves by saying we had a reservation (lol). The food was typical bar food. Server was great and not tooooo attentive like can sometimes happen when you’re the only customer. Overall a good spot on Broadway.

A large group of @30 were in Nashville this weekend to celebrate our son-in-law’s 40th birthday. Part of the group came from Ohio so we were looking for a place to watch the Ohio State football game and we found your place. We arrived early to secure seats - at our age we need seats - and a space which would accommodate our group. When we told the manager what we needed he took us to the 2nd floor where we found the perfect spot - AND he assigned us our own server! I didn’t her her name, but the blonde young lady we had was AWESOME!

Service was terrible. Staff was rude. The entire place was filthy disgusting. Spoke to the manager before my visit was basically harassed to reserve a table and fed a bunch of lies about the place.

Food was okay but staff was extremely rude. Basically threw us out after spending money, it started to rain and we were trying to figure out where to go under shelter.The staff approached us rudely and said you need to go. We will never go back as there was absolutely no need for that!

Standard Honkytonk-type spot on Broadway, with average to above-average food and drinks (think a slightly better Chili's). Service was great, despite it being a pretty packed Friday night. We had a reservation but it didn't look like it was necessary, given the size of the place. My friends and I left after dinner, to go in search of live music, so I can't comment on what the bar scene is downstairs, other than to say it looks like it probably gets lively.

Good place besides the bbq and security very very rude security guards i understand there not supposed to be nice but there vibe tone of voice is horrible i was drinking a coke and he didn't tell me no drinks outside ripped the drink out of my hands spilled coke on my brand new white shoes i would recommend not to go there there are plenty of other places that are better quality and cheaper
We wanted to taste Nashville's hot chicken and because famous Hattie B's was closed, decided to go here. Chicken was OK and waitress friendly, but whole feeling/ambience was little bit "all over the place". Families with children, group of guys drinking heavily and watching a football game, some playing air hockey or something with pucks flying, loud music blasting and all that, while you try to eat your lunch. So not a disappointment, but maybe next drinks here and lunch somewhere else

Went in with group and had reservations. Food was mediocre at best. A thin pizza had absolutely no taste and chicken wings, after waiting forever while everyone else got their food, we not cooked. Drinks we had were not made correctly. Totally disappointed. Waitress was friendly.

After spending 5 days on broadway and encountering very nice helpful wait staff we came here as a stop on last night. Bartender was extremely rude empty bar and 45 minutes still no service after getting passed and ignored multiple times. Would never go back.

We had a group of eight for dinner before the rooftop got crowded. Our waitress came out and neglected to bring enough glasses for water, we asked for another one and she told us we had seven people, nope 8. She was argumentative and rude to two of the people in our party anytime she came to the table. While the food was mostly good, the server is the reason we will never go here again.
