The Painted Cupcakes are a work of art! Roses sculpted from frosting, with mounds of volume and flavor! Delicate little artistic touches that melt in your mouth, hand painted gardens on each sugar cookie made with love... Don't be afraid to bite into them, as they are picture worthy of the 'gram! However, I must warn you, to make sure that you are stationary, as in not driving, because you won't want anything to distract you from the flavor explosion you are about to experience. It's not just about the creamy texture of the buttercream frosting, but the soft and fluffy, yet chewy cupcake combo with the frosting that will stop you in your tracks! You will need a moment! (Picture Meg Ryan in the cafe scene from "When Harry met Sally"....the I'll have what she's having part) Now that I've made you all reconsider bringing your families here, just know that I ate mine in the privacy of my own car, which you won't have to do because there adorable tables inside! It's set up like a tea party, with unique and artistic decor that will make you feel elegant, and invite you to escape the outside world for a while. They do make flour free chocolate options on Saturdays, and you can place an order ahead of time so you don't have to wait. But If you're like me, and have a hard time committing to a schedule, a cupcake flavor, or a fitness routine for that matter, then you can just blow in like the wind and try as many mini cupcakes as you like on the spot. The owners are very friendly, and do custom artwork on cookies, and birthday cakes, so whatever you fancy, I highly recommend giving them a try! You have to go early if you want to have your pick of every flavor, but even if you get the last one, it's deliciously worth it!

Extra points for awesome customer service! Came here for an after dinner snack since I was really craving macarons. Unfortunately we were bummed to find out they close an hour early during the winter since it gets dark early :( BUT the owner came out and let us come in and get a couple things! They gave us a couple free cupcakes leftover from that day and we ordered a couple macarons to try. The macarons were AMAZING!! they had s'mores, pink champagne, and mocha ones left and I couldn't even pick a favorite flavor bc they were all delicious. Thank you guys for letting us come in after y'all closed, we felt really bad hahahaha but you definitely deserve more than 5 stars

Coming from California, it was so hard to find good cupcakes around here. Either the Cupcake is too dry or the frosting is flavorless, made with shortening instead of real butter. I have traveled to St. Louis, Memphis, and other parts of the country for the perfect cupcake. The buck stops here. This is by far the best tasting cupcakes ever. The buttercream can be eaten, alone with a spoon, it’s so delicious! My favorite is the chocolate cupcake with vanilla buttercream. I seriously drive 1.5 hours from Kentucky just for these!
