I had no idea what to expect but the Beer Garden had an authentic German feel, and the food is amazing!

The Cheese Burger with the burger cooked medium is my favorite burger to date. The burger has three different cheeses! Everything on the burger tastes fresh. Thanks Nicole for great service experience today.

Nice setting, seating outside with ample greenery. Delightful service, tasty food and big portions. Been here before and would come again.

Really good burger, and cool food!I got a phosphate soda for the first time and I loved it! Highly recommend. Also got the barbecue burger and while it was a tad dry, it was very tasty and generously sized. I also got a side of the yogurt ranch and it was delicious with my tater tots. I love the vibe here and the food is solid. The reason i’m giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service was really lacking. We came on a sunday evening and while there were a few tables around the restaurant, i wouldn’t say it was “busy” at all. We waited about 10 minutes for our server to come get our drinks, and then I watched my phosphate soda sit at the bar and get flat for another few minutes before she brought it over. My friend’s order came messed up, and we couldn’t tell anyone until our waitress finally came back halfway into me being done with my food. Just wish the service was better here, but I’ll probably be back eventually.

From start to finish, employee was rude along the way. First, they don’t tell you that tables are shared with other guests. After being shown our shared table, we asked if we could be seated at a regular flat top instead, but the host and hostess scoffed at me and seemed quite inconvenienced. When I asked if we could sit at the bar while we waited for a regular table, I was informed that customers aren’t allowed to wait at the bar for a table. There are many rules here, it appears, but the employees did a poor job explaining their seating procedure a they spitefully rolled their eyes and sighed at the inconvenience of seating guests at a new table. We ended up sitting at the bar, and ordering food. However, there were employees constantly sitting or visiting at the bar, joking with each other, and drinking beer between tables. The bartenders even rang the bell behind the bar when they took turns pouring themselves small beer glasses. We enjoyed the first bites of our decent burgers, but a few feet away, two female waitresses were openly complaining to each other about “wanting to go home because they had runny noses”. After receiving my food, it was pretty gross to hear two employees openly talking about the snot dripping from their nose. We were seated at the bar, only one stool away from the corner the waiters had established as their water cooler zone.I asked the bartender, who had been drinking, if the chili was the kind that could be eaten with a fork, and he laughed at me a whilst saying “it’s probably easier to eat with a spoon, man” Yet, he ended up only bringing me a fork anyway. Which was strange, since he made an effort to tease me for my fork comment. The bartender never asked if we wanted refills in our beers, yet continued to pour himself small beers from the tap throughout our seating. He also rang the bell between sips. The beer selection here is good, so we would have ordered a few rounds had we been asked. This seems to be the type of restaurant that is mostly run by adults in their early 20s who still act like teenagers. This was my first time coming to the actual restaurant and it did not disappoint- usually I go to the location at 5th and Broadway. The outdoor atmosphere was super fun and the lights at night were really beautiful! Service was really quick, and the server was nice. The food was absolutely delicious! I got my fries extra crispy, and they did not disappoint. The burger tasted so fresh, and is one of the best I've ever had!

Great place. Stopped for a burger and a drink. Plenty of choices and if you don't see a burger of interest you can make your own.

Nothing special. Wasn’t bad, but not worth the hype and wait times.

This place was a phenomenal change of pace for Nashville. It is a hidden gem. The food was fresh and delicious. The prices were great for the downtown Nashville area, with burgers around $12 that includes a side.
