We had stayed here previously. We were happy to come back. The service was outstanding. We had a few dietary restrictions coming in. We weren’t able to have many things on the Brunch Menu. They had no issue substituting and getting us what we needed. The staff was above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. The food was delicious and came out timely. My first day here, I asked for 2 coffees to go. There was no carrier and in this hotel you need to wear a bracelet that allows you access to the elevators and is also the room key. You can guess what happened. I went back down after cleaning up and they gave me a round serving tray.
