I used to LOVE this place when I would have downtime in the Nashville area. It’s gone down hill over the past year.Horrible service, you guys either need more bartenders or more efficient ones. Waiting 20 minutes for a drink when there’s less then 10 people in the bar isn’t okay

I was a patron at The Rusty Nail and the bartender was too busy to give me my receipt I tried to get her attention several times, they were understaffed and unknown to me they added a tip to my charge card without me knowing at 3am. I don’t think this is legal

Dan, Steve, your "so called" bar manager is a fail Brother. Not paying attention to the difference between a draft and bottle while we were singing karaoke on a Sunday Funday night and then making us wait 8 minutes with a bar at 10% capacity for beers while he played on his phone and hung with his 3 friends he has in this world instead on paying attention to paying customers that tip your DJ/karaoke guy......NOTHING HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER SINCE TAMMY LEFT BROTHER.STOP USING IT AS A TAX WRITE OFF AND BEING AN ABESENT OWNER.Been there many a times over 8 years.It was better years ago

Great place. Fun for a get together with casual environment, clean, pool table, friendly people, free parking! - real local only place with no tourist.

Great night that I was there. It was an event night with hip hop and rnb so I had a blast to say the least but one in particular bartender with the long hair and pony tail with a sleeve and other tats seem to just be lazy AF and rude. I still had a great night and recommend even tho I was informed that the hip hop and rnb night was only that night.

The fat Ursula looking bartender chick with the drawn on eyebrows is a rude doozie, it smells like mold in there. Don’t waste your time.(Notice how the other one star reviews say the exact same thing about the service and attitude of the people working here)

Honestly, my expectations for the bar just from driving by it every day, were extremely low. I thought it might be a dirty, biker bar. So, we were kind of wary about what we were walking into when we went to watch the super bowl. BUT it's really clean and the service was great! They have good snacks and good prices and deals! They have so many games and cute bathrooms. The crowd skewed younger than I expected and no one made me uncomfortable. I actually really enjoyed myself! My ONLY cons were: - the audio during the super bowl kinda sucked, especially for the parts you wanted to hear like the halftime performance and the ads. I'm not sure how that can be fixed, but hoping it gets fixed before next year's super bowl. - the lock on the one working women's stall was broken
You might want to bring your own alcohol because there not putting any in there drinks!

Left out of there and a huge homeless camp right next door in the woods...some men looking way rough ask me for money or to go buy them liquor...what nerve. That whole area is a dump now.
