All I wanted was to see April because she was by far our favorite bartender but sad to find out she is no longer there. Can someone tell me where she went?!

We had so much fun Friday night, great music, great drinks that we went back the Saturday afternoon around 2:00, everything was going great until the door guy came over around 8:00 and said there was a reservation on that particular table for 9:00. so no problem I asked him if he was going to move us to another table and he rudely replied ‘not my problem’ ummmm ok, so basically if we can’t find another table that’s our problem. At this point we’ve dropped around $1,000 and would have dropped another grand but not after how this guy was so rude to us with some very nasty comments about he could just kick us out. We were not being rowdy or obnoxious just enjoying the music, there was no reason for his attitude.He said the people with the reservation spent 5 grand to have that table so it’s irrelevant. Manager said it’s not their policy to talk to customers that way and would make it right. Kudos to him for trying but it had soured the night so we went a couple doors down and spent our money there. We won’t be returning to Valentine while he is working the door

Didn’t have the food but enjoyed the entertainment, and had a great time with my wife watching the band and relaxing with some adult beverages. Very relaxing venue. I must mention that we left some of our belonging behind and the General Manager Ryan D. mailed them back to us when we reached out to see if by chance they were found. Can’t say enough about how appreciative I am of him going above and beyond to send our lost items back to us without question or reward. Clearly a fantastic local business to support as they take great care of their customers. Look forward to the next trip and visiting The Valentine again and hopefully meeting Ryan in person to thank him for going above and beyond.

In an area with thousands of people drinking in dozens of bars, it was nice to find one that wasn't commercialized, was clean and original with a good staff serving good food and country music at a reasonable volume.

Ended up being our favorite bar on Broadway! We stuck around a while the first night we visited and ended up back here a second night. They had a different band playing each night and both were amazing. No line to get in (even on st.patty’s day weekend!) and the bartenders were kind and efficient.

Such a fun place! Each floor offers a completely different experience. Good drinks & great services. In my opinion one of the best roof top bars on Broadway. Way less crowded than the big name places. Perfect date night spot! We will definitely go back!
