Nashville, TN. Wowzers, this place conquered us! With our gluten allergies, lactose intolerance, Mediterranean diet preferences, almost-vegan person, low-cal Noom diet person and the plain old picky-prefers-meat-and-potatoes person—-True Food gave us each a delicious meal and even desserts! Our kids picked this restaurant for the family meal so we could have a fun conversation and fulfill our foodie desires. When I Googled it I saw I had put it on my “Want to Go” list —-when we lived in South Florida! Who knew I’d visit it first in Nashville. Our server answered my questions about ingredients and the origins of the True Foods concept (the owners are based in Texas). My spaghetti squash with shredded zucchini, house made marinara and mozzarella tasted like thousands more calories than it was. Only 410 calories!!!The gluten-free lasagna with dairy-free ricotta (one of the main reasons we landed here), Sauvignon Blanc, coffee, pizza, Italian meatball sub, burger, and flourless chocolate cake were also brimming with flavor and satisfying umph. Nobody left hungry.Because of the high ceilings, brightly upholstered seating and the expanse of sparkling windows, the mood instantly became joyous. We chattered, laughed, shared bites and partied.Highly recommended!

Really, really delicious food, and the best service!! I lost my phone here and left town and they found it and shipped it to me free of charge!! Make sure and eat here if you're in Nashville.

Love this place! The food is always great and fresh. Jackson was our waiter and he was one of the best waiters I’ve had at any restaurant. Well done ??

I can't believe they have raised there already high prices. It's just not worth $50 a person for lunch . We had zero appetizers 1 non alcoholic drink each, one entree and dessert yet $100 check. Wow!

They need to SHRED the kale. Large pieces of torn kale is bitter and difficult to eat. It ruins the “salad”. This is the second time I have gotten a kale salad there where it's just the biggest pieces of kale.

Seriously to the most delicious, clean ingredient restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of going to.

Food met expectations. Service did not. Service was slow and disinterested. We waited quite a while to see the server while trying to flag them down before happy hour ended, during which time happy hour did end and the items we wanted were “no longer available”. No attempt was made to work with us. We would have been happy to pay full price to get our preferred items. We won't return.

Very nice meal in a bright and shiny location. The lighting made one as tho they had just paid $100 for a meal in a cafeteria. An ounce of ambient lighting would have gone a long way. Our server was excellent tho and the meal was good as was the wine.

The food was incredibly fresh, the service was excellent, but it was a little pricey.Vegetarian options: Menu options are clearly marked so it’s easy to choose vegetarian or gluten free options.Dietary restrictions: They have many options that meet almost any restriction.Parking: Considering that this location is fairly urban, it’s great whenever the parking is free
