First time having dinner at Uncle Bud's. The catfish & shrimp dinner was well seasoned. The extra fixings you receive was a great southern twist. Server Olivia Noel was very friendly and attentive to us especially for a busy Saturday night. When in Nashville again I will return.

Several years back, the location in Tullahoma Tennessee closed. Since then, I have not had Uncle Buds. We had to wait a few short minutes and was quickly seated and greeted with several Fixins. The fish was hot and fresh along with the crispy hush puppies. The service was absolutely tremendous. After paying the bill, I wanted to purchase a Moonpie and was given one for free!

I am 67, and have traveled to many restaurants across the country. Uncle Bud's just made it to the top of the list. First, the "fixins" are the bomb (all of them). The Chicken Livers were cooked perfectly (most places over-cook and over-bread them). The biscuits gave Loveless Cafe a run for their money. The server (Sabrina) was great! Menu made it so simple to chose, and atmosphere was perfect. Only 1 question, why isn't Uncle Bud's rated the #1 restaurant in all of Nashville?

Great food and price. Only complaint I had was this time new waiter didn’t realize we were part of his tables and we didn’t get waited on for 15+ minutes. Our waitress from another area came over and took care of us and gave us free drinks and apologized, so that made a huge difference. Other times we have been here have always been great.

The food was good but the catfish was small if it didn’t taste good I might would have been upset. Sides and hush puppies were good. I don’t like everybodys coleslaw but for some reason I enjoyed it here. Friendly staff. I’ll definitely come back on an All you can eat fish day.

Absolutely ridiculously right on point!! Large delicious hush puppies, coleslaw, pinto beans, and french fries comes out for free, before we ordered!! WOW!!!We ordered a 4 pc catfish and it was on point, problem was, we were already halfway full after all the other sides that came out before the catfish. Our server "Cherish", was helpful and sweet, so we had a wonderful experience. The sweet tea was the best I've had, too.Top knotch experience, and next time i am in Nashville, I will return.5 stars!
Food was good however we ordered kids menu for big kids (up to 12 years old) and it had 2 pieces of chicken tenders. Our 6 year old girl eat 3 chicken tenders and our boy had 4 of them so kitchen portions alwere too small for them. Also kids menu had drinks included however when we checked the bill after paying they put water on the kids sets and ice tea on the adults menu. So we ended up overpaying $9 for drinks...

Oh how we've missed this place. Our Murfreesboro location closed but we were regulars before they shut down. The family and I (6 of us total) ate here for under $50 the service was incredible. Kids meals for 12 & under were $5.95 with great variety of options. We were sat right away and within minutes the fixins came and then the drinks and then the food. The manager Ashley kept things running smoothly she made sure everyone was pleased and happy with their food. We will definitely be going back soon. Thanks Uncle Buds!
