I'd give the smoothie a 4/5 and service a 3/5. The smoothie is pretty good but also pretty expensive. I don't know if I'd come back to try the food because of the price but it looked decent.

Upbeet is my go-to spot as I love the customizable, healthy options they offer. Unlike most build-your-own salad spots, Upbeet offers roasted vegetables for no additional charge which elevates the salads so much. If you are looking for a place to eat out but don’t want to feel like you are sacrificing your diet, Upbeet is the spot to eat at.

Upbeet is undoubtedly one of the finest healthy restaurants to dine at! As health-conscious individuals, my girlfriend and I have consistently relied on Upbeet for its delicious, well-balanced meals offering great macros, generous portions, and low calorie options. The ambiance is pristine, the staff is friendly, making it the ultimate choice for those prioritizing health. I simply can't sing enough praises for Upbeet!

Upbeet is a very nice, causal dining option in the Gulch! I stopped in for a to-go order after getting a facial and am glad I did. The interior is bright, clean and reflects a healthy atmosphere. I decided to build my own bowl and got spring greens, quinoa, grilled chicken and fresh veggies/hummus and lime vinaigrette. I took the order to go and had a nice experience with the employee who served me. The hummus was excellent and the flavors were really good and fresh. The dressing was also nicely seasoned and not too heavy. They also have Apple Pay which is convenient. My only gripe is the prices are a little high, but for the quality it's worth it when you need a healthy, fast meal.

Food is good. Great, healthy addition to the Gulch. But - The service is astoundingly slow. Waiting 20 minutes in line with five people ahead of me with a chipotle-style setup is crazy. Always seems to be out of ingredients as well, constantly having to run back to the kitchen to re-stock, adding to your wait time. Again, good and healthy food with potential. Just needs an extra person or two working the counter. Edit: don't get the wild rice. two times it hasn't been cooked through and it like chewing on rocks.

Came here on a whim! I was very impressed by the customer service, as the worker who took my order was very informative and patient while deciding my order. Overall, my total for a salad and a smoothie was around 36 with tip. A little steep, but I would say the quality of my salad was top notch (and my smoothie). The only downside to their location is the lack of parking.

The food is great, but the music is so loud that the people making your food can hardly hear you.

Been waiting a long time for Upbeet to open, and it was worth the wait. Best fast healthy in Nashville. The whole restaurant is gluten free and almost everything is organic. The quality of the ingredients is top notch but most of all, everything tastes incredible. Salads, warm bowls, smoothies and smoothies bowls.. so much to choose from. RUN don’t walk to Upbeet!

This is exactly what Nashville needed!!! As soon as we saw the "Upbeet coming soon" last Spring, I looked up the Atlanta menu and got sooo excited! We pass this location every day and have been counting down for this opening day! In their first three days being open, we've been twice!! This will be our new (probably almost daily go to)!The absolute best part is - it's actually healthy is every category! It makes me so happy to find a place that "gets it" as far as the importance of organic, non-gmo, wild caught, grass fed meat, no added hormones in cheese, nothing artificial, absolutely everything is gluten free, no seed oils, etc.Love that we can enjoy every option on the menu that fights disease instead of feeding disease. Can't explain the happiness that brings me because these places are extremely hard to come by!! This will be our top visited restaurant in Nash for bowls, salads, açai bowls, smoothies, etc! This is the perfect clean eating carry out or sit down fast casual with great service, aesthetic vibes, and friendly staff! It's in the best part of the Gulch right next to a ton of workout places and next door to Lululemon!Absolutely recommend checking it out asap!Dietary restrictions: Perfect place for vegetarians, keto, vegans, gluten free, etc!

This is EXACTLY what we needed in the Gulch. Everything is so fresh & delicious, staff is lovely and portions are generous. Prices are on par with what you would expect in the area… and still less than eating out at any restaurant nearby.

This place has potential and I had been looking forward to trying it for a very long time now. Portion sizes is what got me….Management- please train your staff to make the bowls with confidence. The lady making my bowl put like 1/4 scoop of chicken in my bowl. It was literally 4 pieces of small cubes of dried chicken. She put 3 small pieces of steak in my fiancés bowl and then took one piece out like contemplating if she put too much protein in the bowl. She was really hesitant and awkward about it and it turned me off. I asked her why she was giving me less than a full scoop of protein and her response was “it was really busy today”. I told her I should still receive a full portion of protein regardless of how busy it was (Granted there was no one in the store at the time and the line was stocked with ingredients). It was an odd encounter….. I will probably give it another try but for a price point of $6.50 to add protein, I definitely expect a full portion size.
