We went to the Nashville location. The service was slow but friendly. The tables and condiments needed a wipe down. The food was wonderful and amazing especially the strawberry cake. They need extra help but the lady taking orders and serving, the food was very polite, welcoming, and friendly. I would go back to this location again and even try the Antioch location.Vegetarian options: It is an amazing vegan spot.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free options as well.

This little shack, sandwiched in a lowkey spot near Fisk & Pearl-Cohn, offers a variety of innovative vegan food and drinks. I got the Hot Soul Chick Plate with mac & cheese, fries, tuna - which I subbed from greens, and a roll (all vegan).I couldn't have been happier with my meal. It was a big portion, very well flavored and brought out to me in a timely manner. The owner took my order and was extremely kind and helpful. I got the sweet tea which seemed to be made in house and was the perfect drink to wash down the hearty but delicate meal.I highly recommend this place to everyone, not just vegans. You are guaranteed to find something worth coming back for.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan, therefor all is vegetarian!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan options.Kid-friendliness: Solid spot to bring the family to, thanks to the nice outdoor seating options. We were visiting Nashville, and we were really pleased with the food here. I got the mac and cheese, which reminded me of the K&W mac and cheese I used to eat as a kid. We also enjoyed the tater tots and the philly cheesesteak. It's a small place with a few tables inside and then some outdoor seating. We would eat here again for sure!

We went to the Bell Road location. The food was amazing! There was a good selection to choose from. Everything was seasoned perfectly. I had the black bean burger. The atmosphere was nice & family friendly. We meet a nice young man who also drove 30miles to eat. The only thing I can say is...I wish there was a sign to advise of the fee for using a card, we did have cash. That's just a suggestion. It was 5 of us & we also ordered 2, togo meals. We will be back again! Thank you. Also, the owner came & spoke to us which was very nice.
Excellent little spot to enjoy a delicious vegan meal when visiting spots around Nashville. Staff was extremely friendly, menu was simple in the best way, and the food was amazing. We brought a to-go meal home for a family member who couldn't believe the food was vegan because of how flavorful it was. Cannot recommend enough!

Black Bean Burger was great.BBQ chicken sandwich barely had any chicken, fortunately we ordered a side, but they forgot to put any sauce on it. It was extremely bland and dry.The Mac & Cheese was not good, the texture was right but taste was off and we threw it away.Fried hot chicken was decent, but a bit soggy.I would get the black bean burger again and skip the other items mentioned. The service was good and atmosphere pleasant. Overall I would not visit again because of the food.There are many soul food items that are vegan and aren’t even on the menu. I’d rather have that than bad imitations of meat.Parking: Very limited parking.
