This place has lost its quality. The best thing at this place WAS the pork belly bao bun. Disasspointed that they reduced the size of the bao buns by half the original size without any notice. The quality of the pork belly has also declined. The chicken dumplings had less substance than before. Will not be coming back.

Food is great, but I bought food there today and immediately got texts telling me that i'd signed up for their reward program. I did not do this, nor did i give them my number. So i deleted and blocked the number..... then a little while later I got ANOTHER text from ANOTHER number asking me if i wanted texts from Vui's Kitchen. Could you be more annoying?You lost a star for each text.

I'll describe it as white people pho. It's no where close to authentic pho. Each noodle was super short like chicken noodle soup and the beef was cut like beef jerky strips. The portion size is really small for the price. I would recommend the pho spots by K&S instead. Also they have a website for ordering that lets you choose items but no way to put it in the cart. Ended up ordering via third party app.

Pay up front for meal and tip place before you get food. No service and staff very apathetic Basically just overpriced fast food. Don't expect fresh veggies and thin sliced meat on the side for the pho and do expect limp vs crispy pork belly. Assume if it was ever good it got bought for the name and milked for profit....
Definitely not representative of Vietnamese food. The pho tasted and looked like mop water and the banh mi is basically what I'd expect if Subway offered it on their menu. There's a reason why you'll never see a single Vietnamese person eating there. If you want authentic Vietnamese food, try some of the places in Charlotte Pike area.

I had the steak pho and my wife had the pork belly banh mi. The pho broth was very bland and basic; no flavor stood out. My wife's banh mi was massively overpriced for what it was. It was clear the ingredients are fresh and that was nice, but the flavor wasn't there to back it up. It didn't seem like there was any fish sauced used in anything, and the pork wasn't marinated like any banh mi we've had in the states or in Vietnam. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything we'd go back for, especially for what it cost.
