I decided to Branch out and try this place after I first tried it at work where it was catered. It is Vietnamese food so it was a different taste for me but it was good. We had the chicken small mini sandwiches and we had the spring rolls and with the sauce it was very entertaining and tastes good so if you're not afraid to try something new I suggest that you give this a try. My wife and I order from Vuis almost twice a week! We get the beef bahn mi, the chicken pho with extra broth and the beef noodle bowl. The beef is SO tasty and they definitely never slack on the veggies per order of the noodle bowl. We love everything, the wings, the spicy dumpling soup even the tacos. Everything is always hot and ready when it should be. The staff is always polite. Can’t ask for anything more! We love Vuis Kitchen!

I love this place, it’s one at of my Franklin favorites. The food is wonderful and the staff couldn’t be better. I always get the noodle bowl with chicken as my protein. There is also a great beer selection. I will say, I was very disappointed to learn they were discontinuing their Thursday night trivia, which I had regularly attended with my family.
