It's sad this is my first yelp review and truly, I wish I could've left -10 stars. The woman over the drive-thru mic was soft spoken and huffed at us multiple times when we couldn't understand her. Once we pulled up to get our food I was missing my fries, sauce, AND receipt. When we asked, the guy at the window gave us attitude and even tried to gaslight me by saying he put sauce in there. I've never experienced such hateful people. Either find a new job or they need to be fired because I don't like feeling like an inconvenience when all I wanted was some chicken nuggets and fries. Didn't even get my fries :(

Usually don't review fast food places, but wow this was terrible. Walked in and no one was at the register, but I could hear someone behind the wall talking on the phone. Turned around and saw a kiosk so I started trying to figure that out. Got about half way in and heard one of the people behind the counter start yelling at the others. Every other word was F this and F that. I left. They should replace them all with kiosks and robots.

Drive-thru service was a lot of customers due to the March Madness special get a double for $2 single for $1 but you have to have the app to get your coupon I guess it has a code on it. PS try the vanilla frosting really

I come here often because I live near by and I've always had decent or good experiences here. Lately it seems it's not as great as it used to be. I always order via the app because I can't be heard clearly in the speaker most times. Plus less confusion. How has it the last 3 times I've been they have messed up my order and then tonight I gave them my name for a mobile order and they had me pull around. When I got to the window they didn't even have my order and had me drive around and WAIT in line AGAIN instead of waiting at the window, pulling up, or pulling into the mobile parking spot to the side.I'm honestly thinking of going to the other Wendy's when I do actually go out for food. I've been disappointed idk how many times at the service of the workers here.
