INSULTS from staff at 3 locations regarding the blueberry & pomegranate lemonade. For months I've ordered 2 and sometimes 3 on every two days, with extra blue shots. NOW when I go to any Wendys they will say the extra shot is in it. Now it looks like pink lemonade and taste to me like regular lemonade. Apparently my money is not good enough. There's no need to continue to be insulted, keep your product. I've refused the three pink given, the staff stated their truck hasn't come yet this is all we have, showing me the half bottle of blue/pom. When I refused she poured all three drinks out and got my refund. Now that's just commenting on the lemonade the breakfast burrito was GREAT at first. Another story..

Twice in a row they have horribly messed up my order. First order they completely forgot my frosty and had my burger sitting for over 10 minutes. My second order, I asked only for no bun, no pickles, and no mustard. When I received my food, there was nothing on the patties, just beef in a box, not even cheese. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never order from here again.

Ordered a baconator and a salad on the mobile app and when I got to the window I got handed the baconator and was told they had no salad. Manager pushed the order through as completed even though he knew they couldn't fill it. Didn't even give me a chance to cancel the order on the app and reorder something else. Just told me I'd have to go through the app for a refund. Who does that? Totally incompetent.

Tried to dine in here. They were ignoring the five people standing in line trying to dine in, drive-thru is the focus. After a few minutes no one had said anything to anyone standing there, I left.
