Doors were locked upon my arrival at this location at 10:45am (a elderly couple was already sitting down eating inside when I entered), a employee opened the door for me & I then proceeded to place my order. As I was waiting on food in the dining area there was other customers trying to enter the building but couldn't because the doors were locked. My friend that was with me opened the door for a customer & then a employee proceeded to say that they weren't ready to be open yet ?? The sign on the door says the business opens at 10am, this occured between 10:45-11am ?? This Wendy's needs new management & I have already reported this location to the Corporate office. I understand that sometimes a business maybe short staffed but the this is the 2nd time in my 2weeks that this has occurred �
