Tim was awesome! He got the line moving quick and also my order despite it seeming short staffed. I have worked in food-service and know how stressful it can be to make sure that everyone gets taken care of in a timely manner (especially with a few people working). He took my order and a few moments later he already had my hot/fresh pretzel bites ready. Crazy enough I had been to a Wetzel before, when I lived in Florida, and did not have the best experience. I came to the Opry Mills one with a friend and felt like I had a completely different experience at this location. I always like to write reviews for food and dining because food service employees are often overlooked, may work with young or inexperienced people, or may not even have enough staff to get the job done. People that go above and beyond AND do so with a smile deserve the world. Let's get the people at that location a nice pay bump! I'm definitely coming back.

Tim the general manager was very nice and made my specialty pretzel on the spot. The staff was courteous and I was impressed by the over all flow of this establishment. The staff worked together and I felt like this would be a nice place to work with all the smiles and great customer service. Looking forward to my next stop when back in Nashville.

The staff made sure I got fresh pretzels and offered suggestions of dips. It was close to closing and they could have given me cold pretzels but instead got some fresh ones and fixed them up good for me and served with a smile. They didn’t treat you like in a rush since closing, instead made you feel appreciated.

Finished leaving Auntie Anne’s a bad review to come leave this place a glowing review. The employees working today 10/28/23 were on it. Getting a long line of people taken care of quickly and with fresh, hot food. Every single one with a positive attitude. Had a HORRIBLE experience at Auntie Anne’s, coming here after was a breath of fresh air. My food was delicious and I barely waited 5 minutes, even with 4 people ahead of me in line. Next time, I’m gonna come here first and skip the Auntie Anne’s.

I was ravenous after walking around the mall and my back was hurting. One bite and the pain went away and it tasted like heaven. The pretzel was warm, crispy on the bottom but doughy in the middle and i died. 10/10

Walked up to the counter and the girl is vaping and on her phone , had to ask her to be helped . Takes my order charges me for the wrong thing when I get the receipt , and says she has to call the manager to refund me . Walked away, the pretzel dogs were stale and not worth the money (and being over charged )

I remember when I had went to location one time before asked for a unsalted pretzel and they look I was crazy and said oh they can’t make that for me the ones on texas where so much better that is why I avoid that stand every time I in the OPRY mills mall and I go to that mall quite frequently
We were there last week and the girl checking people out was eating and had her fingers in her mouth while taking cards and cash! I stated to say something but looked like there was only teenagers working and no adult to care.

I have tried this company before. Tasty pretzelsI stopped by today to grab a bite and try the Mango bolba drinkIt bothers me when the cashier is also making food. You have to wash your hands or put some gloves on3 girls back there 1 should be doing the orders to go while he cash handles....even taking the debt card from customers hands

Last two times I’ve been, its horrible. Rude employees both time. Closed 30 minutes early one time. Employees are too busy wanting to do their own thing and not actual work and earn a paycheck. Pretzels were good, but if the employees are great, neither is the place of business
