Visiting from Prattville Alabama and heard Whitt's was a good place to get a BBQ sammich! I got one and it was pretty good! It came with coleslaw and a pickle on it but no type of sauce! The meat has a good taste but just wished I had a bit of BBQ sauce to add to it! It is only a drive-thru! I'll definitely try them when I visit again! (Next time I'll bring me some sauce!)
I tried to order a pork sandwich with coleslaw and pickles because it was pictured on their sign. The woman in the drive thru started going on about how they can't offer that, but they can offer a pork plate, which comes with cornbread. Now, she might be able to substitute the cornbread for a bun, but she'll have to check. They can offer a pork plate, which comes with two sides, and more cornbread, but the cornbread can't be substituted for a bun. The bun will be extra, and the coleslaw can be added for a side, but the side is only available... at this point I had to just drive away because it was quickly becoming the most complicated calculus I'd ever encountered while ordering a pork sandwich...
