The fries are overly salted, my chicken sandwich was dipped in the sauce and it was completely messy. The floors are nasty need to be swept and mopped and the employees mainly stood around talking instead of working.

This the worst wingstop in Nashville. I ordered my food over the phone to get there and it be completely wrong. They tried to charge me extra. My sides were cold because they had to remake my food but didn’t remake my sides. I literally had to put my own order in on their computer. For them to then put extra seasoning to the point it is not good. Y’all need new workers as well as new managers

The floors are disgusting and I literally stick to them. I understand grease and working with it but those floors are horrible. Took my shoe off because I was stuck from standing and waiting for my food! This is EVERY time I go in there. Makes it feel disgusting in there.

My order was wrong. Luckily I checked the bag before leaving the parking lot. I then had to go back into the store and PROVE THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG and that I hadn't ordered it from another location. The restaurant "never received" my order and the cashier seemed like they were just not going to remake my food until I told them I had already paid online. The food was good, but by the time I got it I was so annoyed that I wasn't even that hungry.
