don't like to leave reviews, but they have doordashers deliver food. first dasher delivered part of the food with the box open, so I talked to support and they said they would waive the fee of a new order, second driver showed up demanding cash and I did not have any to give him. neither spoke any English so I couldn't explain to the second driver why he was not getting paid back for the pizza besides being told to tell him to ask tech support

Pizza is still not here. 30 minutes late. Been well over an hour and on hold for 15 minutes and holding. I'm could have made my own damn pizza by going to Publix and then making it at home quicker Never again. Don't waste your time. Don't 2 boots per a next time

This place is hilarious! I get it's Pizza Hut but this place is terrible. The employees were brazy lazy and I was on hold for 20 minutes... I decided to drive to the store to see what was up and walked into the store still on hold. I Watched the employee answer another call. Say please hold. Then set the phone down and then went back to playing on her own phone lollllll. Currently at 57 minutes waiting for a cheese pizza.

Ordered 2 pizzas again after 8 months of not using pizza hut in nashville nc. 1 thin crust, not cooked in the middle, stuck to the box, other hand tossed, hard like cardboard, no toppings hardly, cookie was burnt on bottom, had to go pick up as they have no delivery service?? Only 10 mins away but horrible food spent $50 bucks! Made us sick, threw pizza away!

Well to be upfront always enjoyed pizza hut. This evening was a lil let down. Order two pizzas and mozzarella sticks . We enjoyed the mozzarella and pepperoni pizza. But that stopped at the crispy bbq brisket pizza. As the picture shows arrived a bit chard. Had a piece but couldn't finish. Sorry pizza hut someone dropped the ball. In my youth I've worked for a couple pizza restaurants and this would not have left the store. This was a conscious decision to let this go. ; no idea why there's so many bad reviews literally ordered a pizza from here last night stuffed crust with garlic Parmesan sauce as the base, extra cheese, Italian sausage and ham. When I say this thing was bussin it was BUSSIN!!! It was perfect cooked to perfection! It looked just as good as it tasted ! Service was great everything was correct. Place was very clean and I noticed that a lot of the bad reviews were from a couple months ago so maybe they clean house and it's a whole new stuff because everything that I got yesterday was perfect so perfect that I'll be ordering that for dinner tomorrow.

Have ordered here a few times. I hate to say it, but go elsewhere. It seems that no care goes into making the food here. The first time I ordered here it was VERY bad and had correspondence with corporate about a refund and they eventually said that the store manager would contact me about it. It never happened, and corporate stopped responding. Haven't been there in months. I figured I'd give it another shot. Big mistake. It's just not good. There is no care put into anything. It's expensive for chain pizza. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. (Pictured below are a double order of breadsticks that are inexplicably completely different colors?
Staying 1 block away at the Graduate Hotel, 2 hours after ordering pizza and multiple phone calls totaling 30 minutes on the phone later, our pizza was at the front desk the whole time because the driver didn't call like we were told he would. Manager put us on hold and never came back to the phone and wouldn't issue a refund. Nothing like paying $30 for a 2 hour cold pizza.

Slowest Pizza Hut ever. I'd recommend ordering from basically anywhere else if you want your food to be hot and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. I've tried this Pizza Hut 3 times. All 3 experiences have been negative.

I placed an order online with clear verbal instructions and relieved something I did not order. When calling ..the woman who answered hung up! I called back and before I could even tell her my issue she said they are busy and I am not going to talk to her like that! I never said anything! After calling back! She won't answer the phone! And the customer service number also hung up in my face ! If you can do not do business with this white trash! Trailer park! Ghetto location !
