I said I walked through the door how else would I get in? “Well we closed, you can go through the drive through” then I asked well since I been in here can you guys go ahead and take the order? “Well my manager sent me up here to tell you we closed”. As I started to ask the manager to come out, my spirit said let it go. I walked out and looked for other places to eat. I will also be sending this up to corporate. This isn’t my 1st unprofessional encounter at this location.

This location is a little better earlier in the day. The kids at night miss basic things like items that come on sandwiches, correct drink orders, common courtesy etc. Ends up making the order a disappointing waste of money.

These wings are defined as "NAKED AND AFRAID" ! I had some wings a few days ago at this Zaxby's 2241 Murfreesboro rd. 2 weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised. My daughter informed me to get the Buffalo Garlic Sauce you'll like it. They were great and tonight I was craving thise wings but whoa....I'm not happy ....therefore my nickname for these are " Naked n Afraid " wings..they look naked and I'm afraid to eat them cuz they're tinier than the sauce packet kind of wrong....Chaz, Justin please address this I'm sure you will... these look like C-Class wings versus B or A. Ordered a fried southwest salad and received a grilled and also requested eggs with no tomatoes due to me being allergic and guess what, I have tomato with no eggs smh.My wife also ordered a wings meal with tongue torch sauce and the wings was barely sauced and was not fresh at all . It’s almost as the restaurant did not care.This makes me never want to visit this location again I will not recommend this location to any family or friends

CHICKEN!DELICIOUS!GOOD!YUMMY!ZAX SAUCE IS THE BEST!Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, But options do exist.Kid-friendliness: Great. I enjoyed my childhood experience there.Parking: I parked in a good spot.Wheelchair accessibility: It helps. They need to eat too at a nice restaurant and they do that.Dietary restrictions: They are aware of their customers. That is great.
***I did finally speak to the GM who issued me a full refund.***I just left the drive thru and the attendant was more interested in being fast rather than accurate. She was nice, but when I asked how much something was she just added it to my order. I asked my nibbler sandwich be tossed in teriyaki and wanted cheese bites instead of fries and was charged for a full order of them and in top of that no sauce for them!Their phone number on the receipt is disconnected, the one on Google didn't work either. $24 later, I'm hungry and ticked off!

Always a problem. Missing sauce, only 2 out of 3 chicken strips. Sometimes I'll get a crusty burnt up chicken strip. Fries when ordered extra crispy are just as soggy as normal. Food is way over priced for the quality and quantity of food you get. This place is a disaster.

great, never gets my order wrong or forgets my extra sauce. a little stingy on fries for it being $3 on grub-hub and doordash for a regular, and my order is usually cold but nonetheless still good.EDIT: i just ordered again bc i love zaxbys ofc, and it was amazing!! wonderful employees.
