passing through the area on my way back to Dallas Tx. I tried the brisket, it didn't even have a smoke ring and it was pretty tough to chew. Check out their own video on here of their brisket, it even shows a brisket not done right, looks like it started in the oven then tossed on the pit to try and build a bark. zero smoked ring. I believe in supporting all small businesses but this one is definitely a 1 timer for for me.
Stay away from this place i ordered the bbq chicken and it was dry and rubbery the next day i was sick to my stomach most likely food poisoning definitely do not recommend there food

Nice people and we anticipated that it was going to be delicious... but they really missed the mark on barbecue.
