Cashier didn't listen to what i had to say and had an attitude. I told him crispy chicken and he gave me one with original. Said Mashed potatoes and coleslaw on both and they did one of each.

Ordered chicken wrap and the tender was about the size of half dollar. When I took it up to counter the employee who wrang me up looked at me like so. The manager eventually made it good but this was not a good visit to KFC
I asked for CRISPY and got original. I waited 15min. Because they were out of breasts. The biscuits were doughy. The best part of the meal was the Coleslaw.

Sometimes you get a craving! I like their original recipe chicken- all forms. This place has no dine in option. It's a shame because they just remodeled their dine in area. The girl at the window gave me the impression that I was a burden to her to help me. A smile would've been nice, but she couldn't be bothered with such a simple act of kindness!

Stopped by today September 3rd, 2023 at 3pm, no one came to take our order, so we left.
My only piece of chicken I ordered was dried out and not even warm much less hot.workers were standing around or leaning where food gets prepared, drinking and eating while socializing with each other the dining room was filthy I slipped and almost fell on the slippery substance on the floor. This place has taken a serious dive.

Went in the lobby at 730 was told if I order anything it will 20 minutes I told them that’s fine would wait. I started to order a 16 piece meal they said we will not have anyI again ask so that 20 mins deal you won’t have chicken manager comes up says NO chicken. So I guess if you want chicken don’t go here .
