Traveling from SC, we stopped here for breakfast. After waiting for over 10 min to have our order taken, we opted to hop back in the car and drive another 30 seconds. I cannot comment on the food here, but can say that the service was non-existent. There were plenty of employees and no one else in line, we just seemed to be invisible.
I used my mobile app to order on the way home. I selected counter pickup and waited ...waited patiently...after so many others received their orders, I asked the cashier if the address I had was theirs and if I was in the right place. She assured me it was and asked if I wanted her to check for me. I said yes. She went to the back and said it would be coming up soon.
