Ordered pizza at 6:25pm. Delivery time was 80-90 minutes. Called the store (call center) four times asking where our pizza was. They always said “15-20 minutes”. After three hours found out THERE HASN’T BEEN A DELIVERY DRIVER SINCE 4PM. When were they planning on telling us?!
Haven't ordered any in awhile. Half of our order tonight was ordered with mushrooms which you pay for per topping. Husband gets home and no mushrooms. Then he says he overheard an employee say they ran out of mushroom. You should have informed us of this or adjusted our bill.

The last 3 times we have gotten pizza from the nolensville store they have been wrong plus the lady was 3 pizzas we ordered 2 thin crispy 1 hand toss. The 2 thin you can use for wallpaper the hand tossed was so thin no sauce cheese just a bunch of meat. I am Sherry Window and I live in Nolensville 50 years.
