We came across a gentleman selling hummus at the farmers market in downtown Knoxville. My wife said "Really? The world's BEST hummus?" and he said "Yes, the world's best!" Oh My Gosh! It really is the best hummus that we've ever had. We got the 16oz spicy hummus and it was gone by that evening. You absolutely must try this hummus. Amazingly Good!

Found them at the Maryville town festival. So glad we stopped.The rice pudding.. you have to get the pudding.But let's talk about the Spinch Cheese balls. They are full of flavor and absolutely delicious. Then there is the baba ganoush. Some of the best I've had.The raspberry lemonade they had was really good as well. Not sure it's always on the menu.
