Wokan in drive thru and woman workin front counter was very rude all sue to them gettin my order wrong. I ordered a steak biscuit combo with a side of gravy just for them to treat me like i was lying asking for my receipt and everything. Even after showing my receipt they still wanted to be rude and hassle me til a black gentleman names teso i believe spoke up and told em i was right. Because of him n his acceptance of them failing to do right i gave him 10dollars. After this cosit i wint be back

Unfortunately I received cold fries, dry chicken and pood service. When I came back to get a refund (which I did receive) the initial employee who greeted me apologized and offered to remake the food which was fantastic customer service however, the tone completely changed once her manager Kelly came to the register. She decided to lie to me and say they made all the food fresh and said would check the temp on the fryers with a very passive agressive tone. As I was walking out she yelled at me to have a nice day and come back which I replied after this experience I probably will not be and for some reason she thought I wouldn't hear her say ,as I walked out the door, "good we don't want customers like you anyways." As I turned around she scampered into the back and her employee tried to cover for her and would not provide me any contact information for the general manger or a franchise owner stating she was a minor and did not want to be involved in anything. I understand being understaffed but it is no excuse for being rude when you made a mistake. Will not be back.

Pandemic over, inside still closed, only 3 working was the reason they said. Attitude was not good. Since we ordered and paid online, we had to take our order. Chicken was all shrunk up and very small. Poor quality. Biscuits were stale and hard. Will not go back for a long time. Us and another couple arrived at the same time. The cashier told them his fish would take an extra 5 minutes as they make it fresh. Ok all good. Me and my wife place our order. 2 five piece tender meals, one with fries the other with macaroni. We go and sit down. There were several tables with garbage or some sort of food debris and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in quite awhile from the look of it. Us and the other couple are the only ones in the place outside of the 3 employees. We waited for about 10 minutes. Watching 2 other couples come in and then leave after not getting helped at the register. We can here the employees in the back talking about Drive-thru orders. We get our food, it had good flavor but was not very hot. We finished our food watching people in the drive thru pull forward to wait on their food and a trio of people (1m2f) in a Kia sitting in the parking lot. The male and one of the females got out and came in. She went straight to the restroom while the guy started to go into the restroom with her until he saw my wife could see him. Then he stood guarding the door until she came back out and they went straight back to the car. We were done by this point and went to lay our trash on the pile sticking out of the trash cans in the lobby. This was the condition of both sets of garbage cans at about at a little before 3pm on Friday the 15th.

Ordered 3-piece dark with mac&cheese and fries at a decent price. Chicken was warm, had heavy breading and tasted good. Mac&cheese was tasty right out of the barrel. Their fries are such that they don’t stay hot for very long. Mine were warm when served but, cooled on the way home to eat.
