A clean restaurant. The server was really nice and attentive. The food is good. Try the elk burger and rosemary fries! They have a decent beer selection. Unfortunately, the beer on tap wasn't cold enough. Minus the beer not being cold enough, it was an above average dining experience.

My husband is a burger connoisseur and he says this is the best places he’s ever had a burger at and we have eaten all over the USA! The service is top notch! Love this place! Highly recommend the pecan pie and icecream!

We were visiting the area and Googled a place for local beer and good food and Buffalo Bar and Grill came up. When we pulled up it felt sketchy, but we went in anyway. Thank goodness we did! The half pound locally grown grass fed burgers were to die for- cooked exactly how we asked. My hubby added bacon and it was so tasty. The rosemary fries with the aioli sauce (charge of .25 per container which we weren’t told about until bill came) was awesome. My hubby had the homemade spicy sausage soup which he said tastes like biscuits and gravy- he loves it! His local tap beers were very good too. I was surprised that I was charged for a refill of my Coke Zero, didn’t know until bill came that my 2 sodas were $5.00. Other than that- no complaints! Service was great and food outstanding! We will return on our next visit and definitely will tell our family that live here to get here!!

Very weird atmosphere. Almost like a dive bar, but the food and menu options were outstanding! Definitely has become our new family gathering place!

Can’t tell you how the food was considering I didn’t eat there. However, the sign when you come in states “seat yourself”. All the tables were dirty with dishes on them. The female waitress looked at us and stated “it will be a while before I get to clean those tables”. I decided to try and help them by cleaning one of the tables off and a male employee was very rude and told us “we will clean them when we are ready to seat you”. I guess it’s not for a party more than 2. Terrible customer service. Good food is not worth rude service.

I would definitely recommend Buffalo Mountain Grille. The outside of the building left a lot to be desired but the inside was quite nice, great atmosphere, and Friendly Staff. My Girlfriend and I got the Kielbasa, which was excellent. They made the Sweet potato fries to my liking. The food was great. I was told they are famous for their Elk Burger, Fries & Wings. I will be trying some of those on my next visit to Oak Ridge. There is plenty of Parking and they are Wheelchair accessible.Dietary restrictions: I am on a High Protein diet so they were able to Accommodate for my needs.Parking: Lots of ParkingWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible

In the 18+ years I've lived in Oak Ridge, I must have driven by Buffalo Mountain Grille over 4,000 times either on my way to someplace for a meal or returning from one. On Friday the 13th I finally went there for a late dinner. It was a lucky stop. There was no greeter upon entering the lobby--just a sign directing me to find a seat and I would be served. There were 2 rooms connected by a bar with additional tables (the most populated area with enthused patrons watching a high school football ball game while enjoying food and drinks). I opted for one of the quieter dining rooms. Shortly after plopping down at a table, a server brought me a broadside menu with a plethora of selections: appetizers, sandwiches, full meals, dessert items, and beverage options (the alcoholic offerings suggested a knowledgeable bartender). I chose the sausage dinner ( either Polish, andouille, buffalo, or elk served on a bed of sauerkraut and a side). Since buffalo was unavailable, elk seemed too substantial for late evening, andouille sounded too spicy, I chose Polish. My server recommended fried okra as the side. Both were excellent choices. The 2 sausages were flat grilled to perfection of warmth and texture. They could not be confused with the county fair variety. No, these were perfectly balanced of lean meat and juicy fat, robust flavor, and substantial in size. The sauerkraut had just the right amount of pickle. The breading of the fried okra was crisp and hardy. A warm, soft pretzel and a dollop of French mustard adorned the plate. My libation was unsweetened iced tea (sweetened not offered). This meal suggested a stronger brew, but I'm driving. My server was friendly and attentive. I left with a "doggie" bag and a self inflected kick in the pants for waiting so long to patron this unique eatery.

I would definitely recommend this place in a heartbeat. We lived in OR for 2 years and happened to stumble upon this place when we were looking for a good place to eat. Service is great and the food is amazing. We will definitely be returning.

I really like their grilled chicken sandwich and Hubby LOVES their burgers. We also love sweet potatoe fries ..... we just wish they were a little thicker. Thin fries cool off so quickly, otherwise, no complaints. Good food!

I am sitting here now and loving this place. Normally we get take out when we want wings (hit or miss but good for the area) but today I came to the restaurant at an odd hour (3pm on a Saturday) so I could read a book and have a beer. I ended up getting the fish and chips and they were great. Perfect fry that wasn’t too greasy and still crunchy. The service has been impeccable, would definitely come again.

Amazing food. The burgers were from a local farm here in tennesee and tasted absolutely amazing. Better than that fake meat from stores. And the bartender was awesome and we never had an empty glass. The cook of 30+ years came out and talked to my family and was super nice and funny. Gave me some cooking advise for my home life. Just good atmosphere. Definitely coming back there and recommending
