Waited at the order counter for nearly 10 minutes while 2 employees stood facing the other direction talking to kitchen workers. 3 employees wearing coats stood talking in the lobby. I finally left and am quite sure they were oblivious I was even there. Won't be back. Too many better

Can’t say anything good about the Burger King in Oak Ridge, Tn. It had been several years since my last visit, due to being ignored at dine-in. Staff was more interested in taking care of drive thru. I only have 30 minutes for my lunch and wasted my time without any service. I decided to give them another try tonight. Drive -thru was backed up, so I opted to step inside. Again was totally ignored that I took my business to McDonalds. I have no idea how they stay in business. I suggest management make a better effort in serving the public.

We waited in line for a while and none of the staff acknowledged that there were customers in the store. This store lost 4 orders tonight.

Delightful cashier! Welcomed us warmly, was friendly and helpful. Really made us feel that she was happy we were there. I'm sorry I didn't ask her name but it was 11/15/23 at lunchtime. Our Impossible Whopper meals arrived quickly, hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well maintained.

Had not previously eaten at BK for breakfast. Ordered the fully loaded breakfast croissant meal with hash browns and black coffee. Sandwich was extraordinarily tasty; will look for opportunity to return. Hash brown serving size was generous. The only less-than-outstanding item was the weak coffee which was next to tasteless.

The service is good if it’s pretty packed. I give it 3 stars because of the other 2 times I was the only soul in drive thru, I’ve waited darn near 30 minutes with a messed up order included.

The drive thru is about 45 mins slow with two cars waiting and finally get to the window everyone standing around doing nothing cant figure out why they so slow with no custormers ?
