If you're familiar with Oak Ridge at all, I went to Cancun for lunch on a Friday at 12:30 and there were only three other tables in use, however this didn't bother me at all as the plant staff is usually off on Fridays. Was seated right away and had the standard chips and salsa on the table before I could even get comfortable. Amazing service; the fresh salsa & chips we've been looking for were delicious, the burritos and chimichangas were huge and quite tasty. We're going to become regulars!

So I've been here several times, who ever the manager/ owner is knows what they are doing. Fyi, get their top shelf Marg. It's pre mixed which is usually a hard no for me, but trust me it's right?.
