This is such a great store I love working here but do not understand why there are soo many one star reviews I am the general manager here and am doing everything I can here to help and would appreciate it if you reach out to me if you ever have a bad experience here so I can make it right for you would really like to see more 5 star reviews in the future

UPDATE: was told to email them to talk more about issues with our order - I emailed them, they never emailed back ??♀️ save your time and moneyThe food tonight was just not good, and our order was wrong. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 cheesy breads. The Philly cheesesteak pizza was dry, and burnt. It tasted like cardboard. We ordered a spinach/feta bread and a bacon/jalapeño bread and we received a spinach/feta and a plain cheese bread. Both breads were flat, greasy, burnt and barely had any filling in them. They also were not cut. I spent $60 on this order, and that was after redeeming reward points. We will not be back because it was honestly disgusting and way too much money for inedible food. The guy who was working was very polite, but not enough to justify how bad this experience was. We’ve had bad experiences here in the past but it never bothered me but tonight was really bad.

I called in a large spinach & feta thin crust pizza tonight and when it was picked up it was overcooked. The crust was burnt and the cheese was chewy. I order this pizza from Dominos all the time and this was the worst tasting pizza I have ever received. This is my favorite pizza, but what I got wasn’t even edible.

I ordered online and got a medium pizza with sausage, green peppers, extra cheese, a garlic cup, and cinnamon twists. Everything arrived about 30 minutes late and was cold. In addition, I received just a cheese pizza and cinnamon twists...nothing else. I had called the store to notify them that their app marked my order as complete, when it wasn't and they weren't much help either. Definitely not ordering from this location again. Even if you try the "report issue" feature, you still can't receive a full refund.

This Domino's took my order and after more than an hour I checked on my orders progress to find out that it had been canceled. I called but no one would answer the phone. My wife started looking at reviews and this location has been having these types problems for months. Management has said that they are looking into it but no changes have been made.

If you live in an apartment just be aware when you order delivery. The past few times I've ordered it seems they've had issues finding my apartment. The first time they said that there was no unit listed. I took fault for that, even though it shows a unit number on my end. (Also it won't let you proceed with ordering online without it, if you select apartment.) The second time it happened the driver called asking for the apartment number, I tell him. He hung up, came to the door and said "you need to update your address online." Again I'm confused and unsure why they don't see it because of course after the first incident, I made SURE it was there. (As it was the first time) So when ordering tonight I typed the unit number in anywhere that I could to ensure no confusion for the driver.. well they just couldnt find the unit all together this time and had me to come outside to meet the driver in the parking lot. I never normally have issues with the food, aside from the pizza being uncut tonight, but I just don't know what more I need to do to make it a smooth delivery. I let it go the first two times because technology isn't always the most reliable thing but after tonight I just have a hard time chalking it up to technical issues.

Arrived to pick up pizza when it said it would be ready…..took over hour later before it was ready…..though dominos tracker said 1-5 minutes (which it said for an hour). Once my order was ready, they forgot to make the other part of our order. Took another 15 minutes. Faster to drive to Knoxville and back!!! I don’t normally complain, but completely unacceptable. No apologies, no discount, nothing. Employees didn’t seem to care or too concerned. Done with this location!

Ordered pizza for a certain time and go to pick up and store is closed when it should be open. Cant cancel online, you have to call the store to cancel, but but you cant cancel causes no one is there. Almost 2hrs later get a call from store saying "you still want this pizza", no apology, no compensation, no nothing. Dominos didnt have issue taking my money but I was refunded. This store is NOT recommended.

All I wanted on this Friday afternoon was pizza with my wife. I placed my order at 6:20 and eagerly awaited the text saying it was complete. After 40 minutes the sweet chime rang out and I knew it was time. I raced down to pick up my pie. Yet tragedy struck. After 20 minutes of waiting at the store I was finally dealt the heinous blow that my food was not only not ready but had never been started. I pray you don't order from this Domino's lest you too pay the cost I paid. For Shame........for shame Domino's.
I just got the best pizza of my LIFE delivered from Dominos this evening! Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I ordered tater tots with cheese and bacon….over cooked almost burnt… meat lovers med pizza was far but greasy.. will not order tater tots again.. felt they was under staffed only had 3 people there and one of them just got there when I did ..

Great service! Friendly staff! Delicious Food. I use the app 90% of the time! They always get my order right! Sometimes there is a delay but it still works out every time! Keep it up!
