We were a group of 20+ individuals in town for an event and everybody was very happy with their dining experience at Fire & Salt. Gabriel was fantastic to work with at time of booking, including when we had to make alterations to our reservation on two separate occasions. Brittany and Whitney, our wait staff, were quick, charming, and very personable people that made our whole group feel very welcome. Last but certainly not least, the cuisine and drinks were superb - excellent price for the amazing quality and presentation. Highly recommended to anybody local or coming in to visit from out of town!Parking: Large parking lot with plenty of space.

After reading the reviews, we were very excited to eat here. We ate dinner early and there were only 2 other tables of diners. Unfortunately, the special ribeye for $50 was so grisly and fatty that we couldn't even get 1 good bite from it. The pork porterhouse had a few good bites, then mostly was too tough to eat. No one asked why our plates were almost still full of cut up, inedible food. We were so disappointed because we really wanted to like this new, local restaurant but we won't return.

Made a reservation for 3 Friday night. We got right in no problem. It was wonderful. Herb bread and cheese was a very interesting and tasty combo. Tried the filet with the leeks and puree- so amazing. The service was great and attentive. Everything was super clean and asthetically pleasing. It was my first visit after months of wanting to go and it did not disappoint. I will go back with my husband soon!

Highly recommend. Charcuterie is exemplary with thoughtful preparation and presentation. Fire and Salt Filet is very tasty. Service by Ross is efficient with good guidance. It impressed family from California wine country/Bay Area. Come prepared to go for the experience and don’t hold back on desserts or the bar menu. Blackberry Marg was impressive.

Me my wife and daughter. Came here for dinner last night. For our first time visit. This place is amazing. The charcuterie board is crazy good as well as the fritters. Our entrees was delicious as well. The fillet was wonderful. As well as the risotto and chicken. And the shrimp and grits. Don't forget the apple fritter and the pound cake. The waitress and staff was great and explained everything to us. And the chefs came out to talk and check on us. We live a hour away and we will definitely. Be coming back on a regular basis now.
