The food is usually pretty good, the new owner is not nice to customers or his co workers, just sitting here and listening to him while I wait an hour for my food it’s just disappointing. It might actually be better to spend the extra money on DoorDash to save time in your life and let someone else wait. The foods going to be cold anyway so just heat it up when it gets to your house. So if I order delivery I give this place 5 stars, coming here and interacting with the owner 2 stars, my personal opinion. I believe he is trying very hard but he shouldn’t be treat people like he is. Thank you for the food

My first time there waited an hour for order only to be told one item was left off and was told because ticket fell on the grill it was the sorry excuses with other customers as well like telling somebody no mushrooms on your pizza because they disappear when they're cooked get it together telling others not to try this place

The business had signs up at the front and rear entrances, stating they were closed due to being "short staffed." ?♂️ I don't know. However, when I saw that I Sicilia Pizza was less than a block away, I went there instead. It really sucks because I saw a good bit of positive reviews about this restaurant and really wanted to try it out. However, Sicilia Pizza ended up being a great choice. Sorry, fellow business owners.

Our family recently moved to the Oak Ridge area and there are definitely fewer restaurants than we are used to so we expanded to look at what is offered in the surrounding areas. This was our first experience at Hibachi Pizza and my honest reviews is as follows. There was one table of customers other than us. We ordered at 5:50 and ordered a hamburger and an order of hibachi with soup and salad and some mushrooms as appetizers. At 6:46 we had not been served the salad, soup or the appetizers. We spoke to the other table and they had been waiting for burgers longer than we had and divulged that they were informed that several orders were burnt so they were remaking to go orders. At 6:48, we checked on our order and no part of it had even been started. We requested a refund and will not be back. To make someone wait an hour plus for a salad or a bowl of soup is ridiculous. Good business practice would have been to let us know when we sat down and ordered that there would be a long delay and check in with us sometime within the hour and communicate that they could not manage to serve a salad within an hour. Typically we would give a place a second change but this experience was so bad, we will not return.

Food his is excellent! The hibachi Chicken is very very good and piping hot. The young man that is manager was very friendly and chatted while he prepared my food. Super cool guy. Eat in area leaves much to be desired. Its tired and flat but hey one comes here for the food!

This place has great specialty burgers. If you are looking for something a little different, this is the place. Try the fried jalepenos they are awesome. Their special fry sauce is good as well.

As one who travels, I seek out family burger joints. Habachi delivered the goods. Ordered the bacon Blu burger. Hand pressed and bigger than the bun. Lots of cheese. Cooked to medium well perfection. And you will need plenty of napkins. Fries were fresh cooked and perfect crisp with a homemade fry sauce. Small family hole in the wall. Will be back to try the hibachi.

Decided to try again under new management after many issues with the old ones. Overwhelmingly, meh. Rice was way overcooked and mushy, and the portions are tiny compared to other local hibachi options, especially when you’re paying about $15 per person. Won’t be back.

Owner called and the issues were resolved. My daughter's wrap was redone and she loved it! And the owner followed up with a call to make sure everything went well. I had to change my rating to reflex their willingness to make things right!! Thank you Alex and Nick, we will definitely be back!!!****Went for a remake of a sandwich that had been made incorrectly and was told by manager that it could not be done because they were under new ownership. Asked for owner and was told he was busy. This trip with gas prices was expensive. We had come from Knoxville to Oak Ridge and turned away with no effort to contact owner. What happened to customer satisfaction?

Extremely disappointed with this location I only came here cause it’s the same owners as the one in Oliversprings and I always drive out there wish I would have today, first the man that took my order had a very bad attitude then when I place my order I’m told they don’t have any marinara sauce and then tried to order pickle chips and was told no I couldn’t order anything breaded but isn’t mozzarella sticks breaded, but got no explanation and as I continued to try to place my order I catch him rolling his eyes at me to another customer. I have NEVER been treated this rudely by anyone at the location in Oliversprings this will be my first and last time I ever come here again, completely uncalled for!!!

A go-to for me and my mom when I visit - haven't tried much of the menu as we almost always get the hibachi chicken (delicious!). They're happy to customize which veggies you want included if you want, and the portions are very generous. My personal opinion: don't bother with the soup or salad - it's just okay. Things are cooked to order so I'd recommend getting there / phoning in your order early if you're going at peak lunch time.

Let me first say this place seems solid overall. They seem to make solid food. But as I was waiting for a delivery a gentleman came in because they prepared two of his burger incorrectly. They would not refund him. They would not remake it fresh. They simply took the luke warm patty off of the old burger and place it in a new bun. The customer was very polite and just accepted this poor customer service. It was enough for me to never eat here, and it was not even my own experience. FYI the customer did politely ask multiple times if he could get a refund or remake. So this is NOT a case of the customer was fine with redressing old burger. This was a case of "We will redress the old burger and nothing else so deal with it". And the customer could make a scene or deal with it.
